Avenue Family Retreat is situated close to everything Rosebud has to offer and is a short walk to the beach and shops and sleeps 8 guests comfortably over 3 bedrooms. The property offers a fully equipped kitchen, generous sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and undercover entertaining area.

Pricing:
Base price is for 4 guests and increases $20 per person per total nights booked for your stay plus Airbnb and levy fees.
Please ensure you advise the total guests numbers when you book, you can also adjust your guest numbers by contacting the team prior to your stay.


Schoolies:
We do not accept schoolies or school leavers sorry.

Groups under 21 have a higher bond

Bookings:
Check-in: from 3pm
Check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time is negotiable pending other bookings.
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

Check out instructions:
There is minimal cleaning required by guests on departure this includes:
Placing used towels in laundry
Leaving kitchen clean with dishes away
Removing rubbish from house and placing it in council bins
Clean BBQ if used
No marks on floors or walls
No rubbish left around
Removing door from fridge
Extra charges of excess cleaning such as drinks spillage and marks on walls is $40 per hour

Walking distance to the beach and shops of Rosebud so you can leave the car at home.

Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
