About this property

The View at North Avoca - Large and Roomy Family Beachfront House

On the top level there is the master bedroom with a king bed, large walk in robe, ensuite, TV and cot for the bubs. The second bedroom also has a queen. The third bedroom on this level has two king singles. This level has the convenience of 3 bathrooms.

The middle level showcases the entertaining area with dining, living and kitchen areas capturing the amazing beachfront views. The home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the living areas and upstairs bedrooms, however when opened to the verandah beautifully captures the natural sea breezes. The dining area opens onto a deck with outdoor setting and BBQ. **Note that gas fireplace is no longer in use due to safety concerns - the ducted AC is perfect all year round**

The lower level has a kitchenette, a separate bedroom on entry level with 2 singles beds and a bathroom alongside. The games room contains a pool table and lounge area as well as another queen bed and the use of another king single bed and trundle if required. The perfect kids recluse whilst the parents kick back and relax on the generous sized balcony overlooking the ocean.

The Location

North Avoca is a quiet beachside village with a great family feel. With a patrolled area to swim at the northern end you can choose between Avoca Beach Rockpool or patrolled area or North Avoca. Depending on the conditions and the wind direction if one end is not ideal the other will be. There is a funky cafe for your morning coffee in North Avoca or walk the beach to Avoca Village to catch a movie and a dinner out.

The butcher at Avoca has some great cuts but please note he does close earlier on weekends.

Beachfront bliss

The location is fab. Right on the beach which is very dog friendly so even more fabulous for our canine family member. Good sized bedrooms (and nice bathrooms) but pretty basic furnishings throughout. Slightly annoying there was no coffee machine or beach towels on offer (given it's a beach house) and the kitchen bin would have been small for a one person dwelling - so felt ridiculous for a full house of people, but aside from those few frustrations the house provided a comfortable base and we had a lovely week away.

Avoca beachfront

Fantastic property for friends and family. Only criticism is the lack of kitchen equipment and utensils. We were fortunate to have another friends house nearby and had to borrow many items from their kitchen ... ie the house can sleep 12 and the biggest pot available for cooking say a pasta dish would feed 4 ... note to owner ... buy some big pots, buy some broader utensils ... buy some decent cutlery that will feed a dozen plus people ... the BBQ's flame jets also need a thorough clean or replacement ... otherwise highly recommended

Wonderful beachfront holiday

Perfect family holiday home. We spent most of our stay on the balcony gazing at the spectacular view. Home was well equipped. Really enjoyed outlet stay.

Fantastic beach house.

Facility was excellent for a large family gathering. Only negative we could find was the hardwood floors were not very clean. Expected a little better considering the cleaning fee charged for a rental.

Such a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. Just a hop skip and a jump away from the beach. The property was clean, tidy and modern. Loved it!

Absolutely amazing place

We had the best time at this accommodation. Right in the waterfront.. morning walks/runs. Bbq on the pergola. The place is exactly as described. Big thanks to Anne for making the booking and checkin process so easy. Would highly recommend to all!
