Spacious Layout: This 5-bedroom home offers ample space for large families.
Downstairs: 3 bedrooms, games room, bathroom, laundry, and expansive living area opening onto a large deck (outdoor dining) and grassed backyard.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms including a master with ensuite, a second large living/dining area with Smart TV (Netflix and Stan included), front and back balconies (BBQ & outdoor dining) with ocean views.
Family-Friendly Features:
Entertainment: Enjoy board games, table tennis and foosball.
Outdoor Relaxation: After a warm outdoor shower, relax in the securely fenced 8-seater spa or unwind on the balconies with stunning ocean and surf views.
Modern Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine, ducted heating, ceiling fans, air conditioning/split system.

Perfect for families, couldn’t be happier with our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Percy’s over Christmas. House is so well set up, with multiple spaces to sit and relax. Perfect for families/children with a great backyard and spa. We especially loved the outdoor shower with hot water- perfect on return from the beach! Thank you to the amazing host Christine.

Wonderful beach house

Well equipped house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location, close to both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches and shops. Great for young children with a nice backyard, spa and lots of boardgames for to keep them entertained. Christine was amazing to deal with ☺️

Great family spot for our family of 6. Huge upstairs open area and another smaller downstairs games room. Kids enjoyed the games in the house as well as the table tennis in the carport.

We loved Percy’s.

Close to the beach, Jan Juc surf club and the walking trails. The house was in a quiet street, and was very clean, well presented and fully equipped. The front and back decks meant we had access for all day sun with water views. Also, it was great having separate living areas so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay again.
