*****THERE WILL BE EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION STARTING ON JANUARY 05, 2026. THEY WILL START ON THE END CAPS OF THE BUILDING WORKING TOWARDS NORTHEAST CORNER BY THE POOL AREA. BALCONIES WILL BE CLOSED AS THEY WORK FROM TOP FLOOR TO LOWER FLOORS*****


Kick back on this 24 ft long terrace over looking the Intracoastal waterway and take it all in! You will enjoy views from inside this 2 Bedroom 2 Bath updated condo from the Living Room, Dining Room, and the Master Suite. Under building reserved parking by the elevator. This building offers heated pool, spa, tiki hut, tennis courts, putting green, BBQ, fishing dock and first come boat slips. Easy beach access and many great area restaurants are close by!

Lovely Family Vacay!

Had an incredible stay! Was very comfortable for a family of 4 and it was great that it was on the same level as the laundry room. The couches were very comfortable and everything was in good condition. The guest mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for adults but would be perfect for kids. Overall was a great stay and very clean - would definitely rebook this spot in the future!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed!! The short walk to the beach was amazing and the putt putt golf course next door was a great way to end our week there with a family game!! The beach was very clean and not crowded we went to the beach every day most days two or three times a day! The balcony had an awesome view of water with lots of boats to see!!

This is a well appointed condo that was as cute as the photos. The beach/Gulf was conveniently close and the inter-coastal views were great for boat and dolphin watching. Property management was responsive/helpful and check-in/out was very easy.

A Great Vacation Spot

The condo was exactly as described. All furniture was very comfortable. It was nice having beach toys and chairs to use. Having the beach and the Gulf a block away was amazing! Anything we needed to buy was within a 10-15 minute drive, which was nice as well. We were able to contact the property management company via text at any time with questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. This unit had a variety of beach items such as chairs, towels, and a wagon that all came in very handy. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck which has a nice view of the water. The location is very convenient to the beach. It’s a very short and easy walk. The property also has a nice pool area and convenient laundry facilities. Any questions we had were promptly addressed. This was our first vacation to Indian Shores and we really enjoyed our stay!

Family getaway

Everything was great except for 2 teen age boys unsupervised at the pool. They were throwing football and wrestling. It was impossible to swim because they didn't stop when you got in pool. My request to stop was ignored and the elderly guest around the pool stayed quiet about the situation. no manager on property. So we walked across to beach. inconvenience!!!

Awesome property! Beautiful tile, great setup. We loved it. Seaside property made everything easy so check in and checkout were a breeze. We vacation here yearly to visit family in Largo, but waited until the last minute, so were so thankful to find this! Amazing week ❤️
