Large fenced backyard great for pets , It does have self contained granny flat sometimes may be occuppied by the caretaker/gardener ,pleanty of front parking in quiet cul-de-sac. 5 minutes walk to nearest beach or local shops. all linen and towels dishes cutlery etc air conditioned for summer comfort,. a number of beaches and Catalina golf course located to bushwalking and mountain bike trails Monthly bookings also Accepted at a 40% nightly rate
and No Security Deposit Required.
