HOUSE RULES NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY -Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends. No noise must be heard from the property after these hours. -Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the house. -No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed. -Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to: No cats, rabbits or birds allowed. Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted. Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest. Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable. Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Was a lovely Unit. 1st time I'd ridden a bike in at least 10 years, My Hubby is a daily cyclist. So many lovely cycle ways.
We cycled to Busselton Jetty, enjoyed Coffee/ Diving Shop, just around the corner from Unit. Amazing Coffee.
Sensations Cafe was a favorite of ours, for Breakfast and Lunch. We weren't there long, but we loved it.
Nice clean and spacious accommodation for family of 4. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed and stocked with essentials like cling wrap, baking paper, salt and pepper, oil. Air conditioner on ground floor worked well, but one upstairs bedroom was very hot, making it difficult to sleep on one particularly warm evening. The internet worked well, so the teenagers were happy. The house is a 10 minute drive from Busselton, so if you are planning on doing lots of activities there, this house might just be a bit too far out of town. Bonus was a lovely family-run cafe located at the marina (100m away) which served excellent coffees and basics like bread, milk, pasta.
We chose this property over others because of the bikes and kayaks that were advertised as available. Unfortunately one of the adult kayaks is damaged and not usable so kayaking as a couple was out. Also, and more importantly there were NO bikes to use at all. Ended up hiring bikes from Busselton Bike Hire which we can highly recommend but disappointed that they were not supplied as they were listed as included when we booked.
House was spacious and kitchen was very well equipped. Location is great.
The house is 10 minutes' drive from the Busselton Jetty. The area around the house is stunning. 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to the port and it's amenities (Restuarant, bar and cafe). We had coffee from the cafe and had dinner at the restaurant, both very good. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house is immaculate. Very well maintained and very clean. All bedrooms are spacious. beds are comfy. Both bathrooms are clean and tidy. Showers are great. Double garage for parking. Small internal courtyard for sitting out. The living room is spacious with leather suit able to sit 5/6 people. Large dining area with dining table to sit 6. The kitchen is very well stocked if you wanted to cook and prepare food. Lots of cups, glasses and plates. Dealing with the owner Davinia was very good and all communication was clear and accurate.We would definitely stay here again.
Love the location! The home is lovely, clean and well equipped. Made use of the bikes to go for a morning cycle along the beachfront. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family enjoyed the kayaks at the beach and also handy having a couple of bikes to use.
They do however need to do something about the spiders and the portable airconditioning upstairs as not very efficent.
It was a lovely house in an awesome location. Right next to the marina, parks and a small beach area. The deck pub had awesome food. The house had everything you could possibly need and it was nice and clean. The beds are super comfortable. Would definitely stay again
The property was in a good location just around the corner from the marina. Loved the bikes but was too cold for kayaking. It was especially nice that we could take our dog as well. Very clean property. We were allowed an early check in and out which was most welcome. Couldn’t get downstairs TV to work but wasn’t a big issue. Would visit again. Thanks )))
Great property especially if you want to launch a boat. Loved that we could bring our dogs. Dinner at the Deck, walked the dogs and kayaked and cycled. Like chilling at home away from home.
Our family will be back. The location was stunning just a stroll to the canals and The deck is around the corner. Very clean and heaps of games to play with especially on a rain evening. Thank you

Had a lovely time in this house. Had everything we needed and in a nice peaceful area. Was great to explore the estuary side of Busselton. Being nice and close to the Deck was great too.
Das Haus war für uns ideal. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Von den bereitgestellten Kayaks haben wir keinen Gebrauch gemacht, aber die Fahrräder waren praktisch für kleine Ausflüge. Wunderschön ist der gut gestaltete Spazierweg am Meer entlang.
