Kooringa homestead is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home set on a working farm breeding Angus cattle with extensive views across the farmland and to the breath taking Blue Mountains escarpment.
Enjoy a luxury retreat at Kooringa in the beautiful Kanimbla Valley only a 1 1/2 hour drive from the Sydney CBD yet an eternity away from the hustle and bustle.
A 4 bedroom 3 bathroom homestead set on 100 acres to explore with ample parking and magnificent views of the Blue Mountains Escarpment and surrounding grazing properties.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with ensuites. King size beds and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Main bathroom has a bath and shower.
Full function kitchen with dishwasher, gas oven, microwave and all cutlery and utensil provided.
Open plan lounge room and dining has cathedral ceiling, a wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and French doors opening onto the large deck to enjoy.
Located only 40 minutes from Katoomba and only a 20 minute drive to The Jenolan Caves , Lithgow and 30 minutes to Oberon.
With easy day trips to the Jenolan Caves, The three Sisters, Oberon, Lithgow, Wolgan Valley and Bathurst area.

The large deck has a table that seats 8 people and a BBQ and is the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the mountains while enjoying your breakfast.

For Three couples who wanted walks talks fires and scenic beauty in a luxurious setting this was it - the only thing we would have changed would have been the gale force winds and rain that prevented us from using the fire pit and watching the stars but we couldn’t fault super responsive and accomodating Host , Donna .Highly recommended.
