Luxurious, 5000 square foot, four level house, on a deep water cove on Lake Lanier! Located in a private, beautiful setting, with gated driveway. Only 40 minute drive from Atlanta, on Georgia 400. Two miles off the main highway.

The house features 26 foot ceiling with a glass wall overlooking the lake. Luxurious master bedroom, gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors. Two dens, three large decks overlooking the lake, fully equipped gym, billiards table, ping pong, Sonos system on main level and terrace level. Three Roku Smart TVs and two wood burning fireplaces. Wired for high-speed internet connection. Private dock with party deck, just bring your boat (or rent it nearby) and tie to private dock. Swim in the cove's calm water or relax on the party deck and enjoy the beautiful views. Fish for bass, crappie and catfish from the dock. There is convenient access to public boat ramp, Nix Bridge, and gas marina, Athens Boat Club, to refuel your boat.

Only five miles from the North Georgia Premium outlet mall, groceries (delivery available to the front door via Instacart!), 15 minutes from the charming historic town of Dahlonega and the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Movie theater, restaurants and wineries only minutes away. Golf, white water rafting, horseback riding hiking at Amicalola Falls, are nearby. Close to the best hiking and mountain biking in Georgia. Spend a weekend or a week, you'll never want to leave!

This house is amazing. The dock was great, close location to everything we needed. So much fun for all of our family and friends that we had up with us. The communication with the host was great, and she was very helpful with planning. We will definitely be back!!!

The house and the cove in which it’s situated are wonderful! We had 5 adults and 2 children in our party and had lots of space in the house for everyone. And the property manager responded immediately to all my questions. I highly recommend this house!

Stay on the lake

I thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything you need for a family to spread out and relax. One thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 tv's. Depending on the group size, you might want to plan for that on inside days. Great house no complaints noon check out was much appreciated.

Wonderful home.

A beautiful home with a wonderful view, we had all our children, their spouses and our grandchildren together for Thanksgiving. The home is huge and comfortable. If you’re looking for home near many activities in North Ga this is a great spot. We were very happy with our stay.

Very nice home and great communication from the renter.

The home was great set up for large parties and the loction convenient to both the lake, the North GA mountains, and Alpharetta. Home had many things stocked to meet a renter's needs. Would rent again!

Nice house on quiet cove

Great place for a weekend getaway with family/friends. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. House is nice and the teens really enjoyed the game room. Dock is a little dated and if you're traveling with little kids or seniors just be aware that the house has lots of stairs. Access to the lake is very close, but steep and uneven footing. Overall, highly recommend.

Great house for multiple family

This house was an excellent vacation for my friends and my family. Several of us have children now and the layout was good for families. There were enough floors and spaces that allowed for groups to be louder without disturbing early sleepers. The place was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. We stayed in winter so didn't get to enjoy the lake but sat on upper dock for a bit and it was nice foggy morning.

Couldn't Ask For Anything Better

This house was everything I had expected and more. The location was amazing, right on the water and in a very nice neighborhood with nice new roads making it very accessible. Once inside I was very impressed with how large each living space was. Having the bedrooms split amongst the floors made for a very pleasant experience having 6 adults in the house and everyone having plenty of personal space. Also the two huge living areas plus an entirely separate game room with a pool table and ping pong table (each in great condition and fully functional). There was never a shortage of space to enjoy. Even 3 levels of deck overlooking the shaded back area leading out to the dock. All in all this house is a one that I will definitely book again!

Fantastic house

My family and I do a vacation rental almost every Christmas. This was by far the best one! I had the pleasure of also hosting my best friends family this year so we were a big group (14 Adult and 4 kids). The house was big enough for everyone comfortably. We were able to eat together easily. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, I love to cook and was able to with ease. Only thing it needed was a hand mixer. They even have a food processor which I was able to use in place of the mixer. The house was very clean and almost all the beds were very comfy with the exception of the trundle bed. The gym was great! for a home gym! Other things we noted were: the walls are very well insulated, sound doesn’t travel easily so kids can be put to bed and adults can play. If you have a baby bring a monitor though. The hot water heater does run out fast so shower quick if you’re a big group and if you plan to use the wonderful master tub make sure no one else wants to shower immediately after you fill ‘er up. Bring games. The view is lovely!! We were here in December and it was nice I would love to return in the summer and fall. I highly recommend this property and hope to rent it again one day!

Beautiful Lake Lanier home, located approximately 20 minutes from Dahlonega and just miles from shops/restaurants in Dawsonville. Communication with Sherri (host) was very good and she provided everything for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!

Lake House Memories

House was great. 4 floors so everyone had a lot of space. Family enjoyed swimming in cove and Lanier Luxury Boat rentals was a very close and dropped the rental boat and kayaks right off at our dock. Beautiful area and lots to do close by. Thanks for the memories.

Great Home and Manager!

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean, spacious, well-stocked, and accurate pictures. Close to activities in Dahlonega, Gainesville, etc. and plenty to do for all ages without leaving the home.Sherri is a fantastic property manager. She sent docs with restaurants, things to do, directions, supplies, etc.

Beautiful property for family Christmas

The home was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect for our plans. The driveway as stated is very steep, I believe it is a 14% grade. I would not want to have to traverse it if it were to get icy either by car or on foot. There were a few issues, but the property manager responded quickly. We did not expect the issues to be resolved while we were there, but hopefully they were fixed as soon as possible.
