Very clear single storey house located in the countryside in a very quiet area, near Sarlat (5 mins), which can accommodate 6 people.

3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds (160 and 140) and 1 with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom (bath / shower, wc and 2 sinks), 1 separate wc, 1 living room (50m2) with TV, DVD and Wifi. Open fitted kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), 1 cellar with washing machine.

Superb!

We had a lovely time staying at this house, the host Sylvie was very friendly and helpful at all times and we loved the area. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It's also in a quiet & peaceful location but only 10 minutes to Sarlat La Caneda.

Splendid location

We stayed at this charming holiday house nearby Sarlat. We loved to be there. The house was very clean. We love to cook on our own and all the equipment we need was available. Sylvie our host was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much Sylvie for your hospitality and friendly talks and to gave us peace and quit to enjoy our holiday. The house itself was very cozy with good beds! Titia will certainly use one of your recipes to try. Certainly a place to go back again and explore the superb surroundings.

Ready to move right in.

You could not ask for a more idyllic setting as my husband was recovering from an emergency medical situation on our vacation. The homeowners live right next door and welcomed us to an immaculate and beautifully decorated home with homemade treats and a lovely bottle of wine. I even got the recipe from Sylvie for the walnut muffins. There is a huge grocery within 3 miles of the house and the house location allows you to visit lots of nearby beautiful, historic towns. Superb!

A fantastic property in a beautiful location! The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a family holiday, including a great swimming pool that the children loved. The house is in a quiet rural location, but only a 10 min drive into Sarlat and there is lots to see and do in the area with most attractions about a 25 min drive away. Sylvie (the hostess) met us on arrival and spent time showing us around the house which was very clean and well maintained. The bottle of wine, juice for the children and homemade cakes was a lovely touch. Sylvie was extremely friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with in communications before we arrived and during our stay. She is very knowledgeable about the area with some great suggestions for days out. She also has a beautiful dog who loves attention! We had a wonderful holiday and would love to go back.

La Naure avec une maison tout confort

Superbe endroit au calme au milieu de la nature, à 4,5 km du centre ville de Sarlat , Maison au confort irréprochable avec clim , une tres grande piscine tres propre entouré de fleurs , d'oliviers et autres arbres et végétaux. Nous avons été trés biens accueillis avec un panier gourmand et la propriétaire est réactive pour toutes nos questions et sollicitations avec plein de conseils pour visiter la région. Tres grand supermarché et commerces à 2km . Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus von Sylvie F. sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Swimmingpool ist groß, extrem sauber und für Schwimmer sehr gut geeignet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit selbst gemachten Köstlichkeiten freundlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer ruhigen Umgebung bestens zu empfehlen.

Une semaine au calme

La maison est très propre et bien équipée. La piscine est vraiment grande et était entre 27 et 29 degrés cette semaine. Sylvie est très discrète et laisse plein de petites surprises de bienvenue dans la maison. Nous recommandons!

Une semaine idéale passée en famille dans cette très jolie région. Mme Fortune est une hôte merveilleuse et très disponible. La maison de Sylvie et Patrick est parfaite ! Équipée comme « à la maison », literie très confortable, piscine avec grands espaces. Deux terrasses pour profiter du soleil à satiété. Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es liegt ruhig - jedoch zentral zu Sarlat la Caneda. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 6 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus/Pool/Garten ist alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben "tolle Geheimtipps". Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden jederzeit neu buchen.

Wunderbare Ferien

Das Perigord ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und dieses Ferienhaus ist die perfekte Basis für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die wirklich tolle Gegend. Nach einem schönen Ausflug kann man im Haus und nicht zuletzt im Garten und natürlich im Pool den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne noch einmal wieder.
