Ground floor 2 Bedroom condo at Sandpiper Bay Golf Club in Beautiful Sunset Beach. Master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom and bedroom 2 has 2 Twin size beds. Flat-screen television in the living room and master bedroom. Streaming Channels Only. Free Wifi included. Enjoy the views from the screened-in porch Full-size washer and dryer.

Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach. Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and easy access to numerous other courses. Enjoy a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.
Sunset Beach is also just a 1/2 hour north of Myrtle Beach where shopping shows and great food awaits you.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Trip to Egret condo May 2025

The location was great. The area was very quiet. All was good except for the dirty patio. We couldn’t enjoy it at all because of the pollen on the furniture and the floor. Really a shame because the location and view was great.

Lovely condo near Sunset Beach!

My friend and I have been spending at least a week or two at Sandpiper Bay over the last 6 or 7 years. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only problem was a giant cockroach that popped out of the dishwasher the first time I opened it. Thank God my friend killed it and we didn't see any others while we were there. We usually ate a light breakfast at the condo before heading out to Sunset Beach and went out to eat for our evening meal. We plan on renting there again on our next trip.

Lovely 1st floor condo

This is the 2nd summer my friend and I have rented your lovely condo. We have been going to Sunset Beach at least once a year sometimes twice for the past decade. We stayed at your place last year and chose to stay there again this year as it is perfect for our needs, very clean, and mostly quiet. The first floor is perfect for me as I have difficulty with stairs. We look forward to renting with you in the future. Christine & Vicki

Read the fine print

Although the physical location fit our needs (besides the fact the rollaway bed didn't have sheets), know that you will have to email a copy of your DL to a 3rd party. You are also required to sign a contract saying they will keep your credit card on file and automatically charge for any damages over $1000. We have never had to do this with any other VRBO we have used in the past. It caused us to worry the whole trip, since they could come back with any "damage" they deem our fault and charge our card without speaking to us. This is not a new unit so there were several things that were already broken (vertical blinds, stained furniture, scratches on appliances, etc). We spent an hour documenting all damages on the unit before we even brought our belongings in to start our vacation. Then it took several attempts at communication before the owner finally told us that we wouldn't be charged extra. And if you're hoping for an early check-in, it will cost between $25-75 depending on how many hours early you're wanting to arrive. These are all things I wish I knew before booking. Hopefully this helps others be more informed before booking.

Our only recommendation could possible be a little bigger bath towels.

The Condo is very nice, very clean and pleasantly decorated. The manager and staff so easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again. Nice and quiet. We have done VRBO's at Condo's in a multi level units and all night listened to doors slam. This place was perfect!!!!!!
