Property was clean and spacious with a large backyard and plenty of spaces to relax for 6 people.Location was perfect hub for the areas we visited including beaches, historic area, and restaurants.
The place was great walking distance from restaurants and the pier. Short drive to the old downtown. Already recommended the place to family and friends. We would stay there again!
Can’t wait to return and hopefully stay here again! The back yard was perfect for our evenings and we were close enough to walk to pretty much everything! It was a neat spot!
The home is warm and inviting!! Short walk to the beach and perfectly located. Future guests will be well taken care of by the new management company...........John is awesome.
6 of us stayed 3 days. We all loved the place. Easy check in and everything we needed was there. So lose to restuarants and beach and easy to get in town. We are going to do this yearly and hoping get thus rental too
Close to everything by the Pier. Very clean and nice set up for a large family gathering. Back yard was peaceful and well maintained. Kitchen had everything and then some. Will definitely be back! Aaron was awesome and answered all of my questions prior to arrival.
Was a perfect location to get away from Jacksonville. Walking distance to the beach with an outside shower. House had everything we needed. Backyard was amazing and was the best way to end the day, relaxing under the moonlight. Any questions were immediately responded too.
Would recommend and stay again. Thanks!

St. Augustine Beach
Property is in good location, but beach acces is closed and you have to walk or drive further than expected. Backyard was not prepared for guests to enjoy. Grill is old and out of order.House have all you need for vacation. Property management responded quickly.
Our stay at this property was very good. The location is awesome. Very close to the Beach and very amazing places to eat and drink. The house was pretty clean and comfortably decorated. The outside space was fun too because we had a couple of fires in the fire pit. The grill area of the yard was not as clean as we thought it should be and neither was the grill itself. Also, we couldn't get the TV to play live TV. Only apps. Even though it wasn't perfect, we would definitely rent this place again.
We loved every minute we were there. Only one problem. The French doors DO NOT lock. The dead bolt can be engaged and the wind can blow them open which happened. Anyone could break in the house. We put two chairs under the door knob to secure it.
Overall that place was lovely. The spaces to creep were clustered, 2 rooms at one end of the space, and a room and the sunroom at the other end. This had us carefully consider which of our younger children would not be near us (not a huge deal). The only real complaint is that it was described as a cottage with another rental “on premise”. To us, this sound like a second standing structure on the property, however the cottage is a duplex.

Christmas vacation
Very cute cozy, clean home. We stayed here with our grown children and 2 grandchildren over Christmas. There was enough room for everyone, 2 nice bathrooms. Washer/dryer was great. Check-in was a breeze. The fire pit and enough chairs for everyone to have a fire and smores at night was nice since it was a chilly week. Be nice if there was some smore skewers for roasting, we just bought some wire ones at store to use and left there. Backyard is huge and kids loved running around. Very close walking distance to beach/pier, restaurants. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. Overall it was a very nice rental for our Christmas getaway. I would recommend this place, I would give it a 9 out of 10!! I would stay here again.

Not what we expected
While the pictures online showcase a nice property, there are a few details to consider prior to booking a stay at this house. First, when we first walked in there was a heavy musty smell that got better with AC. Unfortunately, this place has quite a few bugs inside and out. I noticed the house on the outside is crawling with bugs so naturally quite a few will make the way inside. Mostly just small black bugs. We killed one every 5-10 minutes. Owner offered us a refund after I spent most of my first day trying to prove the bug problem. It was crazy how everyone was trying to tell me there were no bugs!!! Then it was there were none before you came. I snapped a picture of the “Complete Insect Killer” I found under the counter. What do you need insect killer if there were no insects before we came? It seem to be the expectation that we stay in the accommodation with bugs crawling on us because that’s just Florida.

Response from VrboOwner on 30 October 2023
Owner's response: "Ashley, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - We take cleanliness very seriously and our cleaners do a great job. They have ensured that the home was spotless and there were no musty odors. We did not appreciate the way you spoke to the cleaners and lawn people we treat our employees like family and there is no need for anyone to be rude to them. - Yes this is Florida and we do have bugs, but we are proactive and take great care to prevent bugs from entering the home. We keep the spray in the home in case it is needed. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
Great little place! Perfect for two couples or a family! Location is great. Walked to the beach and we caught the trolley across the street at the hotel to take us into Saint Augustine. Wish we were there longer to make use of the fire pit in back yard!
The property is quaint but sufficient. I am attending Graduate school there in a flex program, shared with 5 classmates and it was enough space for us and way commute to school. Would rent here again.
