The Pershing Suite is a beautiful new renovation in a Victorian building built in approximately 1875 in the heart of uptown New Orleans. Located on one of the most prestigious street in New Orleans. This is a new stunning renovation with large rooms and twelve foot ceilings. Fantastic Renovation professionally decorated with all new furniture and accessories throughout. Two full bedrooms with one split style bath. A galley kitchen and large living room with a sleeper sofa. Lots of closet space with an in suite washer and dryer. There is a pool in the yard for guests use. There is a patio area with BBQ and outdoor seating. Pershing suite is equipped with central air and heat and high speed wireless with smart TV's connected to the wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove an full size refrigerator as well as dishwasher. The rear bedrooms over look the pool area. Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa can sleep 6 total. Each bedroom is private. Very private suite on the second floor with all old hard wood floors, large doors, and many large windows. Located one block from St. Charles Avenue and the St. Charles street car line. This suite is 3.3 miles from the French Quarter and is a short distance by street car or Uber (5-7 Minutes by car). Landscaped garden area around the shared pool. Entrance to the Pershing suite is through the main entrance via the front doors. Beautifully decorated foyer with antique crystal chandelier and lighting. This is a private suite and not a shared space.
No pets allowed. However, we will allow one certified service dog with (1) appropriate certification papers and (2) a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Multiple service animals are not allowed.

It’s a great location away from the French Quarter. Very quiet neighborhood was safe clean close access to restaurants and shops. Lisa is a great host. The place had a lot of extra little touches like laundry soap and fully stocked kitchen just really pleased with it and definitely look at staying again.

Lovely spot in New Orleans!

this is a great location if you want to see New Orleans with kids, the pool is perfect on a super hot day. It's far enough that is quiet and safe but a quick uber ride to the quarter. We had a great time!

This a beautiful and clean apartment in a quiet New Orleans neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants and Coffe shops in the neighborhood. Wonderful stay with a glorious pool! Convenient to everything. Note: there are not really two bathrooms - one room with shower + sink and one room with toilet + sink. Just so you know before you go. Would highly recommend!

Great location and attentive host. Wer were there for two weeks as a couple with my brother there for a long weekend. There is only one toliet with a second room for shower and sink. We both worked during the week between events and parades. there were no desks or a kitchen table. We had to improvise. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Perfect for family!

This is our first big vacation since 2019 and it was a perfect getaway. The suite is located in a cute house on a quiet residential street. Convenient to everything and just right for the 5 of us. We had everything we needed and would easily stay again. When the pool key wasn’t working, we got a quick response from our host! Would def stay again!
