Located in Rim Village, this lovely vacation condo offers guests a comfortable and convenient home away from home with gorgeous views, a shared hot tub and pool (both open seasonally), as well as close proximity to town. This rental is suitable for families, multiple couples, and small groups who are looking for a variety of outdoor activities in addition to in-town convenience and space for plenty of rest and relaxation. This one-level home is great for guests with physical limitations, and there's plenty of space for all your recreational vehicles and gear! You will have access to a furnished patio also equipped with a private gas grill for cookouts!

Very clean and well stocked with the essential kitchen utensils. Only problem we had was extreme difficulty opening the door, the key pad and key didn’t not work well, it always took multiple tries each time to open. The key pad/lock needs replacing with a more reliable system.

It's a good place to stay while visiting national parks. I would recommend it. The only thing I didn't like was the difficulty with locking and unlocking the doors. Communications with the property management could have been better too.

Great home base for Moab adventures!

This was the perfect home base for our family's trip to Moab. It was big, clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and the kids loved cooling off in the pool following a day of adventures. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Condo near MOAB

Very nice Condo which was clean and very presentable. You are very close to town but not too close as to have the noise and hustle and bustle. When the listing states it is close to Arches national park they are not kidding.. 15min drive. The check-in process was easy and communication was good with the property management company. I would definitely consider staying again if we go and visit UT again in the future.

Great property! Very clean, had everything we needed. The only negative was that pool and hot tub were under construction so we couldn’t use it. Also little bit of a drive to Arches where we spent 3 full days. Would definitely recommend. Exceptionally clean!

Overall great experience! We usually don't expect much from a vrbo but were presently surprised. Everything was very clean and felt almost brand new. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Kitchen utensils were in good shape. There was only one box of tissues but that's pretty minor.Only complaint we had is the listing and a Vacasa customer service rep told us the hot tub was closed, but there were people using it who let us in. Checked the HOA page for the complex and it says the hot tub is open all year.A couple of things need to be fixed or are getting close to breaking. We noticed a couple of the dining room chairs are unstable and creaky and you can see cracks starting to form in the wood. The deadbolt lock for the hallway door that leads to the driveway is loose in the door, it's still funtional though. The handle locks for that door as well as the master bedroom patio door do not work.

The property was great, and exactly as advertised. We used the pool and hot tub on one day and it was great and well maintained also. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware and spices, but we used paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils. We left a minimum footprint. The jacuzzi tub was great but ran out of hot water fairly quick. The punch in code did not work, so we had to get the code to the lock box for the key. It worked, so the customer assist line was great. We had no interaction with the property manager. We were very pleased with the decor.

Lovely Condo

We had a lovely weekend in Moab, celebrating our anniversary. The condo was nice, in a quiet area, and had almost everything you could ask for. The key-code lockbox is funky, so it took several tries each time to get it to make it through the entire code before unlocking. Other than that, everything was great!

Very nice. Would recommend having unit treated for ants. Carpets appeared quite dirty as well. Decor needs some updating. Overall I was very happy with the unit and all the kitchen essentials provided. I especially appreciated the laundry soap/softener being left for me. Communication regarding how we would enter unit and all the rules outlined very clearly. I appreciated that.
