One of the best districts to stay in Montreal. Restaurants , coffee shops , bars and local stores right around the corner. 7 min away from the top of the mountain by car , 30-45 min of hiking . The famous FAIRMOUNT BAGEL is on the same street and is open 24 hours!! Definateley a MUST EAT!!! Famous SCHWARTS smoked meat and BEAUTY`S restaurant , one the best breakfast places in town , are only a few blocks away .
15 min walking from metro Mont-Royal Bus right in from of the condo 10 min away from downtown. Bus stop at the corner. BIXI Station at the corner (7$ per day) 25 min from the airport ( 50$ with taxi/uber)

Great location and plenty of room for our group of 7. The host is exceptionally responsive and the place was spotless clean. I had to Montreal in the past but never to Old Montreal and wow I can't believe it took me this long to discover that part of the city. One of the best trips we've ever had and we will be back for sure.
This apartment was perfect for a four-day visit to Montreal with two couples. The location is fantastic. Very close to bars, restaurants, shopping, parc Mont Royal and transportation. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

We had such a wonderful time! The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was extremely well equipped, clean, spacious and we loved the rooftop! We will definitely rent again!
Lots of restaurants are in the area and it is super convenient to get all around the city from here. Weekend street noise can be a little bit loud so just bring your ear plugs. The third floor deck was delightful
Perfect family getaway. Easy to find. Location was near public transportation. Parking was difficult but host recommended some options. Great space to relax and hang out with family.

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed as far as soaps, shampoo, and other supplies as well as coffee. We did not use the kitchen much, but it was very well equipped.The beds were comfortable. Location was awesome with coffee, shops, restaurants, a beautiful park and other amenities very close. We walked all over Montreal and this location was central.There was construction outside of the townhome, which was a little inconvenient, but nothing against the property and short term.Communication was awesome, which was very helpful because we were coming in late and the instructions were extremely clear.NiceProperty
Our family enjoyed our stay at Plateau Mont Royale. The kitchen was incredibly stocked and made any cooking we needed to do very easy. We never had any issues with the Wi-Fi and it was nice to be within walking distance of a grocery store and the fantastic Mont Royale park. Our only challenge was no on site parking. We ended up using a lot suggested by the owner which was about a 5 min walk from the house.

Nice place, quiet city sounds, didn’t use outside loft deck (weather) but it was nice with a gas grill, my daughter and her friend both 18 loved the stay as well.
What a wonderful place for our family to stay for our daughter's graduation from McGill. Fun location, lots of space and we loved having breakfast on the rooftop deck. I would highly recommend!
I came here with 8 of my friends and we had an amazing time! Great location with many bars and cafes in walking distance. The host was super responsive and the place was very clean and stocked when we arrived. We had a wonderful overall experience!

With four bedrooms (2 on each floor) along with living and dining rooms, it allows a family to have separate spaces along with gathering spaces. The process was easy and the communication was great. The location was ideal as there were many restaurants that are walkable, and you are not far from downtown. When not walking or biking, you will want to plan for parking. There is an app that provides locations for lots that you can walk to or inquire about options with the host. A car service may be the best way to get around.
