Modern, Spacious Townhome with Expansive Golf and Water Views

This modern, fully updated villa features an open floor plan with ample natural light, and beautiful golf course views in a park like setting. It's a perfect retreat to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

The large eat in kitchen with center island is well-stocked for cooking in or grilling out on the gas grill. The spacious and open living room has a large sectional sofa and 2 chairs and is adjacent to the den with additional seating and a small desk, ideal for working remotely or just catching up on emails.

The Villa sleeps up to 6 very comfortably with 3 bedrooms and a den that easily converts to a 4th bedroom with a full sofa bed.

Primary Bedroom with King bed and en-suite bath with walk in shower.

Second Bedroom with Queen bed.

Third Bedroom with 2 Twin beds.

Full bath with tub/shower combination in upstairs hall and first floor powder room.

Amenities include WiFi, 3 flat screen Smart TVs (Hulu + Live TV provided), central air, ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, gas grill, hair dryers, iron and toiletries (hand soap, shampoo/conditioner).

We provide ample supplies for your stay, including all linens, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, sponge, paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, salt/pepper, foil/saran wrap, coffee filters, pots and pans for cooking.

We will send you a link to our digital guidebook about 3 months before you arrive, which provides tons of information on the villa and things to do in the area, including beaches, restaurants and activities.

Guests of Villa del Sol have use of the community pool which is reserved for Harbormaster owners and guests.

LOCATION
Villa del Sol is approximately 1.5 miles to the beach and is a short bike ride or drive to either Coligny Beach or Shipyard Beach Club, both of which provide free parking. Please note that your Shipyard gate pass provides parking at the Shipyard Beach Club in summer months for one car only.

Villa del Sol is close to restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza, but set in a peaceful and park like setting with lots of greenery and open spaces to enjoy. Sit on the deck and watch the wildlife including turtles, deer, and many species of birds. Bike to the beach on the scenic bike trails that are right outside your door or take a short stroll to the community pool that overlooks the golf course. Guests also have access to the Shipyard Golf facilities as well as the famous Van Der Meer Tennis Complex.

With 4 separate sleeping areas, Villa del Sol is well equipped to accommodate groups of golfers, as well as families or groups looking to enjoy all the island has to offer.

Villa Del Sol is the perfect condo for a HHI vacation! Beautifully decorated, clean, very roomy with privacy for everyone, well appointed with anything you may need and Mary Kay was wonderful to work with. Excellent communication, made sure we had all we needed, very welcoming. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

Highly Recommend Villa Del Sol

This updated townhome is clean and spacious, plus nicely equipped and furnished. It's situated in a convenient location close to the beach, Coligny and many good restaurants. Mary Kay is most responsive and helpful. We've been renting @ HHI for many years, and this one's a keeper!

Great private setting

We loved this little gem. Cozy inside and out. We loved being able to sit on the porch and watch the golfers and nature. It was a little farther than I would of liked to be from Coligny but just a short bike ride. We had teens with us and they would have liked to be walking distance but us adults loved the scenic view and the beauty of Shipyard Plantation. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for 6 of us. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic Wonderful Amazing

My friend and I took our teenage girls to Hilton Head as a reward for surviving a crazy year. Thank you for providing us with the most perfect reward! The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our girls were able to walk to the pool on their own while we sat on the deck and listened to the birds. I'm planning to come back for a girls trip in the fall.

Perfect Stay!

My sisters and I flew in from different parts of the country for a girls getaway at Hilton Head. We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo is Just lovely. It’s clean and has a fresh, updated look. There is plenty of room, with a nice sized family room and separate den or sitting area. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need. The condo has a view of a waterway In back where we saw lots of turtles each day. The bike trails are right by the condo, so you can hop on bikes, which we did each day, and zip over to Coligny beach in just a few minutes. It is a very comfortable condo. We’d love to return and stay again sometime!

Great Island location

Property is tucked away in Shipyard so it is nicely private. Yet very close to everything. Villa is very nicely laid out with Master on one side and other bedrooms on opposite side of upstairs. would be nice for small family. It is very roomy. Be prepared for a noisy night though.... there are restaurants just behind the complex that dump their garbage and glass at 1 - 2 in the morning. The outside area is nice, great for coffee in morning, cocktails in the evening. Unfortunately for us, not the owners fault, a dead animal ended up under the deck and we were unable to use the outside area for the last 1/2 of the visit. Owner was very responsive and even compensated us with a dinner on her. We lost internet for several hours one day, once again owner communication was excellent.

Perfect for first time snowbirds!!

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at Mary Kay’s condo. This condo is nicely renovated and decorated and furnished with everything you could need. We especially liked the gas grill!! The condo is located in a nice quiet corner of the plantation. The south facing deck with a view of the 5th tee was perfect. Even on cool days the sun is very warm on the deck. Lots of wildlife in the lagoon just off the deck - egrets, blue herons, turtles and two small alligators. Mary Kay is a wonderful owner to deal with. She is extremely responsive to all communication. It was a pleasure renting from her. We would eagerly rent from her again. We highly recommend this condo.

Awesome property!

We booked a last minute trip to bring in the new year’s somewhere different. This was a refreshing getaway for my family. Clean, and well decorated with updated living spaces. The location is great. Beautifully renovated property!

Check-in process was seamless, the home was gorgeous and very clean upon arrival. The house has been completely renovated throughout and the owners supplied basically all of the amenities you could possibly need for the trip. Owner quickly replied to all of my questions prior to and during the stay. Can't say enough good things about this property!

Great find!

This town home was very clean and had everything of home. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the back view and the ability to use a Shipyards Beach pass for closer proximity to the beach. I usually cook more than we eat out and it was great to have all things that I needed to do so efficiently. I really enjoyed having a nice gas grill. Rooms were spacious and allowed us room to spread out with a den and living area. We did have an issue where the previous renters had taken the beach pass home with them but the owner , Mary Kay and the property manager Mark, worked to resolve this issue and got another pass for us to use. Issues are not issues when people work together to resolve things and I can say the communication and commitment to our satisfaction was addressed and taken care of.

We started visiting Hilton Head Island for Spring Break many years ago. We returned often for the beaches, golfing, biking and great weather. We recently decided to buy some property here so that we could visit the island as often as we liked. The more time we spend here, the more we love it. In addition to the natural beauty of the island, we have discovered many wonderful restaurants and live music venues that provide plenty of nightlife for those so inclined. We want to share the Hilton Head experience with others and our goal is to provide a safe, clean, relaxing environment so that our guests can get the best vacation experience possible.

Why they chose this property

Hilton Head is a vacation paradise and it was an easy choice. The harder choice was figuring out where we wanted to buy. We looked at a lot of properties on Hilton Head before purchasing Villa del Sol. Many of the units close to the beach had great locations but they often lacked natural light or an acceptable outdoor space. The beach areas, although very popular, seemed a bit busy and were a little more congested. We started looking for a more relaxed setting with more open green space that would still allow easy access to the beach. That is when we discovered Villa del Sol. Situated in a beautiful park like setting with incredible views, we knew that this was the place for us.

Because Villa del Sol is located in the Shipyard gated community, it has special benefits. In addition to the extra security and peace of mind that comes from being in a gated community, our guests can enjoy the Shipyard Beach Access and use of the beach facilities, the Van der Meer tennis complex, the Sonesta Resort, the miles of bike trails and the Shipyard Golf facilities. If you decide to golf, Shipyard offers 27 challenging holes at very favorable rates for the area. Even if you don't play a round, guests can use the driving range, the chipping area and the putting green to help improve their game.

Anglers should know that White Ibis Pond is located just a stones throw from the Villa. It has been known to give up a few large bass in the morning before the golfers come out and later in the day as the sun is going down. Since it is private land, no fishing license is needed. Just remember to watch out for the alligators.

What makes this property unique

When we vacation, we love our outdoor space. We want to be able to step out of the house and into nature. That is what we found at Villa del Sol. The southern facing deck invites you outside to enjoy the sweeping golf and water views. You will see Spanish Moss draped trees, lots of green grass, and abundant wildlife. The deck gets incredible sun and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning as you start your day. It is also a wonderful gathering place to spend time at the end of the day as the sun goes down. The outdoor space, more than anything else, is what drew us to Villa del Sol.

Well, the indoor space has to match the outdoor space so we started from scratch and remodeled the entire unit. The end product is exactly what we envisioned....clean lines, contemporary finishes, and a feeling of openness and space. We think Villa del Sol has it all and we hope you do too.
