A real gem in a well kept and extremely well managed condo HOA. This is not a weekly rental place. AVAILABLE ONLY MARCH 1-31 2027
Monthly minimum rental and 12.5% tax. $119 damage insurance. $200cleaning fee.
ALL LINENS (towels/sheets) provided. CoinWasher/Dryer outside unit.

You must reserve the entire month per HOA and Volusia County guidelines for this section of the county. You may arrive/depart anytime during the month but must reserve the entire month.


NO PETS / NO ESA ALLOWED. Service animal allowed but gest must be with service animal at all times...If you have a service animal you already understand this. Nope - leaving FIDO in room while on beach is a violation.

Bedding for 7 shared sleeping. One assigned parking spot with a few extra spots for guests. No pull behind trailers allowed in parking lot.

Newly renovated Spacious 3 bed 2 bath unit sleeps 7 comfortably. King in MasterBed room, King in 2nd bedroom, (1) twin and (1) double in 3rd bedroom. Private patio with Ocean views and Pool views from the living room and master bedroom. Yes even though this is a ground floor preferred easy in easy out unit, you can still see the ocean. Pool is within a few feet of patio but not directly in front of the unit which is nice for low noise levels. No stairs and No elevators needed to access the unit, flat sidewalk into unit.

New memory foam mattresses and linens in every bedroom. New furniture living and dining room. Coin operated washer dryer right out your front door. HI SPEED WiFi and SpectrumCable TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, 4 Televisions , Full equipped kitchen with new full sized refrigerator .Great floor plan allows for privacy and great communal space as well.

This is in a safe “no vehicle drive” section of beach so no worries of crazy beach traffic like some portions of Florida beaches. Let the suntan begin.

plenty of space to chill together and chill apart when someone just got on your last nerve
In the quieter residential section of Ormond Beach but with plenty of great places to eat within 5 miles north or south on A1A. Some within walking distances. Publix / Dollar Tree etc within 2 miles.
Sunset views of the intercoastal are just a 5 minute walk behind the condo.
Sunrise views almost every morning, so GET UP and GET GOING!
