Within minutes you can be at grocery stores, restaurants and bars and enjoy an ice cold drink or a nice dinner. The house itself offers plenty of outdoor space for you to enjoy. Relax with a good book while sunbathing, cooling off in the pool or the spa, grilling a nice dinner and simply enjoying the moment. Should it get to hot outside you can move to the pleasantly air-conditioned living room to watch some TV or you can try out some new recipes in the fully stocked new kitchen overlooking the pool area.

Great location for everyone. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family or you can just relax. Convenient location for visiting several towns and lots of nature trails to go for a walk and view the natural beauty of Florida and it’s wildlife.

Winter rental recommendation

House was fine -kitchen well equipped- But heat pump to heat the pool didn’t work We’ve had cold front from east (their excuse) but heat pump should of work anyway -we couldn’t use a pool -too cold heater couldn’t heat a SPA -neither Heat pump didn’t work even in 70F-78F temp weather No technician coming by to check the problems just saleswoman If you think you’ll have a heated pool and spa in winter at this house -I doubt it -NO WAY AND no discount no apology nothing I will never use this house in winter again just because of heated pool & spa didn’t work 5th time in Florida -and our rental properties always had working heated spa and pool Their excuse was weather and telling me that heat pump is fairly new -so they told me nothing wrong with the pump- Watch out in winter -it had ruined my vacation I wasted my money Very unsatisfied

We were overall very pleased with our stay. Nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Suggestions, update the linen, patio cushions and clean the bedroom carpets. The pool person just dumped chemicals without checking the water first. They didn't do a though job cleaning the pool.

We absolutely loved the property! Exceptionally clean and the privacy was amazing! The house was equipped with everything we needed and we spent most of our time outside by the pool! It was perfect for my husband and I! We could park in the garage and even had beach chairs and a cooler to use for our trip to Sanibel. Very happy with the accommodations and would definitely recommend to family and friends!
