Spacious Mountain Apartment Near Biltmore Estate and Asheville

Great Asheville vacation spot! Enjoy a serene mountain setting in this spacious two bedroom private suite apartment! Here, you will enjoy nature and the city. Property is located on a beautiful wooded lot, and is located within quick driving distance to Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway and the airport. The apartment has high ceilings, large rooms, small kitchenette, spacious living room, roku TV, WiFi, and a comfortable queen and full size bed. There is a private patio to enjoy nature in between your vacation outings.

*4 GUESTS: Space sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. There is one queen size bed and one full size bed as pictured.
*CONVENIENT LOCATION: Located approximately 12 miles from the Biltmore Estate / downtown Asheville and just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway! Also located about 5 miles from Asheville airport and about 10 miles from Historic Hendersonville.
*MOUNTAIN SETTING - CITY CONVENIENCE: Situated in a beautiful, wooded, mountain neighborhood, yet it takes only 5 minutes to arrive at city comforts and convenience (stores, restaurants, etc.)
*SPACIOUS: The suite (downstairs apartment) is a private 1500 sq ft lower level apartment with tall ceilings.
*KITCHENETTE: keurig and coffee are provided, microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge (NO STOVE)
*CHILDREN AND INFANTS: Pack and Play available upon request (some other child amenities such as toys and high chair may be available upon request.)
*PRIVACY: This property is a 1500 sq ft apartment in the lower level of our home. Guests will have the entire suite/apartment to themselves. There is complete separation from the upper levels of the home (similar to a duplex). There are no shared spaces.
*CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is easy with a keypad lock. I will provide check in information one day prior to scheduled arrival. Guests may request early check in or late check out. In some cases we can accommodate this.

LIMITATIONS:
*My husband and I, little girl, and two dogs live in the upper level of the house. There may be occasional noise from our foot traffic or barking.
*Guests will not have access to change the thermostat but can text me at anytime if they are uncomfortable with the temperature and I will change it. Multiple space heaters/fans are also provided. The temperature is consistently 65-70 degrees.
*Guests should be comfortable navigating curvy roads when entering the neighborhood as well as 12 concrete steps to enter the property. This is a wooded neighborhood.
*Bedrooms do not have a window opening to the outside.
*Guests have access to ONE parking space unless a second spot is requested. In some cases we can accomodate a second spot.
