This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome will solidify an amazing Athens visit! Located inside the loop, only one mile from Sanford Stadium & situated right around the corner from the original Mama’s Boy restaurant in the Carr’s Hill neighborhood, this is the perfect spot for a UGA game weekend or for visiting the historic college town!

This quiet corner end unit is a pleasant walk to campus and only a short Uber ride to most locations in Athens. Only a few steps from the beautiful North Oconee River Greenway trail that connects to UGA’s South Campus, this immaculate condominium is in the ideal location!

This quiet complex has plenty of free parking, & the unit has high speed WiFi and cable, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig with coffee/tea pods and condiments provided for your convenience. Each of the bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds featuring pillow top mattresses with upgraded linens & attached full baths. All linens & upholstery are sanitized between guests, & the townhome also features a self inflating elevated queen air mattress with extra linens & bedding to accommodate groups larger than four people (which can be set up prior to checkin, upon request).

A half bath is located downstairs off the living area. Overlooking private wooded land, the balcony is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon drinks, with high speed WiFi fully functional on the balcony area for Zoom meetings, FaceTime, etc. Decor is enhanced throughout the home with unique vintage UGA memorabilia and mementos of recent victories. This property also features a sparkling clean community pool for use during the Spring & Summer seasons.

Great stay overall. The place was really cute, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The property had everything we needed, and the host provided plenty of extra disposables and essentials, which we appreciated. Allison was also great with communication. She responded promptly to messages and was very helpful and kind throughout the stay.The location was convenient and made it easy to access everything we needed during our stay. The only small downside was that the pool and hot tub were closed for the winter while we were there, even though the listing mentioned access to them. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but it’s something future guests may want to confirm depending on the season.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We were in Athens for parents weekend. This condo was a nice quiet very clean place for my daughter and I to stay. The condo had everything that we needed and felt very safe. Also the decor was top tier for this college town! It is a short drive to food and entertainment but that was fine for our needs. The property owner quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

I am hesitant to leave such a great review only because I would love to keep this gem all to myself. I’m always nervous about going to new places because I really love to walk. Like love to walk. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this property very very walkable. Especially during the day. The campus is actually maybe a 15 minute walk through a cemetery that has an entrance right by the property. Even my college daughter said this is one of the most beautiful walks she’d ever done. It was fun also to read the tombstones of all the people that made Athens what it is today. The Riverway Trail is a very short distance from the property as well that also leads to the campus and to downtown. It’s actually a great jog if you’re into that kind of thing. I only gave four stars on check-in because you do need to access an app once you are originally lead into the property and I’m currently locked out of my password so I can’t upload new apps. But really I don’t think this is very difficult if you’re a normal human being! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful so it’s a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of a busy downtown. Plenty of parking too, which is super nice. The host was more than responsive and I greatly appreciate that.

Quaint home, UGA inspired decor, which made it really fun. Owner was very communicative and helpful. We had a slight issue with check-in that was not her fault, and she worked with us to quickly address. Ample sundries, like coffee, trash bags and clothing detergent which meant we didn't have to go buy.

Athens stay for The Masters

We stayed at the property for travel to Augusta for the Wednesday practice round. So convenient for the drive. Also, the house was so clean and comfortable. The restaurants in the area were also superior. We would definitely come back to Allison's house if we are lucky enough to get Masters tickets again.

The townhouse was extremely clean. It’s at the end top and very quiet. A bad storm and strong winds came up and we didn’t hear nor experience any problems. The property owner was super nice and easy to contact and talk with. We had an excellent experience
