- Our home rents Saturday to Saturday (some flexibility during the off season)
- Smoke free home. We do not rent to smokers due to allergies.

- Renter must be 28 years of age and residing on the property for the week. We will ask for a copy of your photo ID and our housekeeper will greet you upon arrival to verify.

DESCRIPTION
You may never want to leave the backyard or one of the serene screened-in porches which offers an additional 630 sq. ft. outdoor living space. Equipped with brand new (2020) furniture and 50 inch HD flat screen (2024) so you can relax while watching one of your favorite sporting events or movies. There’s also a large table here to dine out.

As you enter the vast 2 storey foyer, this 3-level spacious home offers 3200 square feet of comfortable living. The large family room with 65 inch HD TV, new furniture, dining room and well equipped renovated (2026) eat-in kitchen provides a great room effect.

This home is ideal for large group gatherings, with inside dining seating for 15 including bar stools/kitchen table for 4 and dining table that seats 8. Additional dining seating for 12 on the hot tub deck and lower screen porch. The gas connected grill is provided for easy cooking. The large deck area around the salt water pool provides sunny seating with 8 new luxurious loungers.

The first-floor spacious primary bedroom has a view of the pool and golf course with its own entrance to the lower level screened in porch. The primary bath offers a free standing soaking tub, walk in shower and double vanity and sinks.

For small children, there is a new 2022 pack and play crib/ high chair/exercise-saucer and booster seat located in the walk-in closet.

All of the bedrooms have ceilings fans for your comfort. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. For added fun and adventure we have 6 adult bikes, double wagon, large coolers, ping pong table in the garage for your use.

The house has been maintained by the same cleaning staff headed by Norma for 15 years. Norma takes pride in her work and makes sure everything is clean and ready for your stay. As we use our own private cleaning crew you will enjoy nicer quality linens that belong to us not the whole community as the large cleaning companies often do. We replace all linens as needed. The house is equipped with a water softener so linens are softer as well as more comfortable shower experiences.
