Our HOA requires a 30 night minimum stay. Located in Rockport, Maine, Eastward on the Ocean is a private community set within more than 60 park-like acres on the beautiful Penobscot Bay.

Awake to the sunrise and enjoy the amenities by starting your day with an open air swim at the Eastward pool, a game of tennis in one of the 2 hard surface courts, a 1/2 mile stroll along the private coastal walking path, or play a game of golf at the abutting Samoset resort.

This beautiful spacious two bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3rd floor loft, with a detached 2 car garage condo located in the lovely peaceful community of Eastward on the Ocean is available as a vacation rental. Our Newly renovated completely repainted, 4 smart tvs, 400mbps internet, condo has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and it’s very own brand new outdoor 6 person hot tub. This open and breezy design has walls of windows complemented with a granite fireplace. The first floor living offers spacious dining, chefs kitchen, breakfast nook and extra large living room and a 1/2 bath. The second floor offers a master suite with king adjustable bed and large walk in shower and second bedroom with a queen and large bathroom with tub and shower combo. Washer and dryer are located on the second floor. Third floor offers a large loft making it perfect for extra guests or perhaps to use as your studio for painting or writing. The condo is over 2500 square feet, sleeps 6 and is very private surrounded by beautiful gardens. It has a seasonal water view, and within steps to the most beautiful walking paths along the Penobscot Bay. The community offers a heated pool and tennis courts within walking distance of the condo. The location and amenities, provide the perfect setting for the quintessential Maine vacation.

If you are just thinking about visiting for a summer or re-locating to midcoast this is the perfect house to try it out. The home comes with towels, linens and a well equipped kitchen, and 4 brand new heat pumps with a/c. This location where the mountains meet the sea is truly a special place to enjoy & relax and really you need more than a week or two to explore this area. Come for a month or two or three and enjoy the changing seasons in beautiful Rockport Maine.

Wonderful

Eastward is a gem. Being so near to the water - just a few minutes walk - was ideal. We experienced brilliant sunny days, rainy days and foggy mornings which were all magical. The house is well equipped for guests and very comfortable. And the location to Rockland, Rockport and Camden affords many options for restaurants.

Incredible Maine experience

Incredible introduction to Maine. Marianne and Manuel have a beautiful home that exceeds what the photos promise. Beautifully furnished and set in a wonderful community. Owners were extremely helpful for anything we needed. Eastport is located in an area full of beautiful towns and harbors to explore along the coast. We could not have had a better time!
