Hi. I am going into my 9th year hosting on Airbnb and take great pride in being a super host with a five star rating. We take special pride in working with the cleaning staff to ensure our properties are spotless when you arrive. We provide a wide variety of amenities, such as beach passes, paddle boards, kayaks, firewood, etc. to ensure you have full vacation. We love pets and have a couple grand pups of our own. We do not charge any type of add on fees, such as cleaning, or pet fees. It is important to us for our guests feel they have received a great value for their hard earned vacation.

Kingston Cottage is located in historic Kingston Village. It is a beautiful location with the streets lined with mature trees. It is located within walking distance to the University of Rhode Island. Although located in a quiet area of South County, it is only a short drive to the areas beaches.
