It is within walking distance of the University of Rhode Island and only 10 to 15 minutes from the Beaches. South County is a vibrant community with a pleather of outside activities, beaches, bars and fine dining.

The home is well outfitted with amenities, including gas grill, fire pit with free fire wood, bikes, and indoor and outdoor games. It has a well outfitted kitchen with coffee maker, waffle maker, popcorn machine, blender, as well as pot and pans, dishes, glasses and other essentials. The home also has a free use of laundry machines in basement.

Perfect location for us

We spent 2 weeks at Jackie’s place with our two boys (3 and 6). We were visiting family that live nearby and the location was perfect for us. It is very well stocked with kitchen and cleaning essentials and the boys loves the board games. They also loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Thanks Jackie!

We do not charge any type of add on fees, such as cleaning, or pet fees. It is important to us for our guests feel they have received a great value for their hard earned vacation.

Kingston Cottage is located in historic Kingston Village. It is a beautiful location with the streets lined with mature trees. It is located within walking distance to the University of Rhode Island. Although located in a quiet area of South County, it is only a short drive to the areas beaches.
