Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at my Bordeaux Terrace apartment. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the deck and the great view, the loft type feel, the ancient wood beams. I am also pleased to know that you found the apartment very well equipped. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the lift not working during your stay. We understand that this could have been challenging. However, I want to emphasise that this is a rare event and the lift has been working without a problem for the past several years. I appreciate your understanding and thank you for mentioning that I gave you credit voluntarily for the non-functioning lift. I am happy to hear that you found the location convenient, with restaurants and grocery stores and the tram line nearby. I hope that you enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for choosing to stay at my place and I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

"The property was lovely and Charlotte was very helpful," says this guest, which is very nice. So why only a two star rating?! The only explanation given is that she, "...would stay up near the Tourism Office if I were to go again". As the location of the apartment is clearly shown before booking, is this a fair and balanced review? The apartment is metres from a tram stop, and you can be anywhere in the historic centre within minutes. In the House Book specific to this property there is information about shopping in the local area, including local markets. At the end of the book, I ask for suggestions if guests find anything they think should be included.
