There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.

The porch has been finished off as a three season porch with double hung windows on all windows. There is a queen size futon that allows it to work as a third bedroom.

The owners have been investing a lot to keep this cottage upgraded. In 2021 they purchased a new large flatscreen TV in the living room and a new A/C. For the 2022 season they have installed a new washer/dryer, kitchen sink, toilet, new blinds in the 3 season porch, and have painted. This is the perfect cottage for your vacation!

It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. It is a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley line providing our owners and guests with the ability to travel Wells and its bordering towns with ease. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area!
