Great location, very spacious, comfy beds, cute beachy decor, everything you need for a stay they have! Only recommendation, eventually bathroom upgrade/renovation. But it did not hinder our trip at all. Would 100% stay again. Host was accommodating and checked in to make sure everything was great!

This property is perfect for a beach vacation! It is fully stocked with everything you need including chairs, towels and cart. Kitchen is fully stocked and has full size appliances. Nice outside area to sit and have coffee or a meal. Can’t really get closer to the beach - it is across the street! Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not come through for us, but we still enjoyed Avalon. It is an easy walk to “town” for meals, coffee, ice cream, mini-golf. (Businesses are starting to shut down for season now, though.) short ride to Stone Harbor, Aviation Museum, Cape May, Zoo, Wildwood, Host was great with communication. [Only complaint was the weather, and that’s always a chance. :) ] Thanks for a great stay!

We have stayed in this location before and it did not disappoint! Well equipped kitchen, beautiful floors, newish appliances. We wish the full bedroom was a queen… if any updates are made, it would be to that bedroom. Thank you for hosting.

Great host, fantastic location!

Shawn was a great host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect—right across the street from the beach, park (great for little ones), and a public parking lot. We had a wonderful stay!

We have stayed at this location since 2018 and it never disappoints! Clean, well-stocked, very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, with responsive and kind owners, ocean view, right across from the beach/boardwalk and a couple of blocks into town. We love it here!
