SEE NEW MASTHOPE AMENITY PASS POLICY STARTING 5/1/22 IN THE RULES & POLICIES SECTION UNDER RENTAL AGREEMENT, 3RD PAGE.
Spacious open floor plan with finished lower level, great for entertaining. 3 levels finished with wrap around deck and screened porch. The community has a nice family ski mountain, heated pool, mini golf, nice beach at the lake with small marina with row boats canoes and paddle boats for your use. Snack bar and playground at the lake,
restaurant, snack bar and Tikki Bar at the pool & lodge area along with a picnic area by a play round to relax while the kids play, fitness center and a 2 acre river park picnic area on the Delaware River. Masthope Stables for a trail ride or pony rides for the kids along with a small animal petting area. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. THERE IS A $300 UP-CHARGE FOR LINEN SERVICE.

Family/Friend long weekend

We had a group of 5 adults and 5 children. House ass very clean, tons of space, and a great location. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great house

The house was as described. Fantastic space-especially when the weather doesn't align with plans and it's rainy/poor air quality the week your on vacation. Clean and we'll maintained. Amenities were a bit limited for guests on the property. Some are recent changes outside of owners control. Compactor hours were challenging at check out. Area was serene and access to lake was a huge plus. Lots of wildlife and relatively quiet. Would absolutely stay again.

Epic House

1 of the nicest Masthope rentals!! Massive well maintained mini mansion 1 minute from the slopes! Our party of 12 loved this property. We could have had another family of 4 no problem 😊 The kids barely leave the incredibly equipped lower lever... Wildly impressive!!🎿🏂

Clean and close to skiing

We had 13 adults and school-aged kids for a long ski weekend. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of room to hang out and even eat together. Less than 5m drive to Ski Big Bear. Would rent again.

No Pets? Really? Hmmmm

We really enjoyed our stay. However, the oven was not cleaned and although they state no pets there was a lot of dog hair all over the rugs. Home is geeat for large families and family reunions.
