Relax and renew at this TN River retreat conveniently located on Watts Bar with close proximity to Tellico, Kingston, Knoxville, and Rockwood. This newer craftsman-style home is nestled on the Tennessee River in rural, peaceful Loudon, Tn. This gorgeous home offers a spacious layout with 3200 sq. ft. and sleeps up to 12 guests. It is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, and with a private dock, it is perfect for fun in the sun.

This two-level home offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, plus an additional sleeping nook downstairs. There are also 2 pullout couches if more sleeping space is needed. On the first level, you will find two exquisite master suites with king-size beds and master baths that include luxurious, oversized, his and her tile showers. Each bedroom has entry to the back deck that has a large screened-in area with ample seating for all to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. All throughout the house, there are hardwood and tile floors that make for easy clean-up, and a full laundry room to ready your swimwear and clothes for another day of leisure and recreation.

No matter the season, there is year-round water for great fishing and various fishing tournaments with access to the property's private boat dock. Boat owners are welcome to put their craft in just down the road at the public boat ramp and tie up at the home's boat dock at the end of the day. Skip the time-consuming chore of going to town to buy fuel, because a new fueling station is just a short distance away, located at the marina of the Tennessee National Golf Course. Golfing is not the only available activity nearby. You can also conveniently explore Turkey Creek shopping in Knoxville or visit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Additionally, local restaurants, grocery stores, and other small town attractions are all just a few minutes drive away.

Additional amenities include a gas grill, fireplace in the upstairs living room, and an outdoor fire pit. Each living area and bedroom has a television with satellite cable. The private boat dock is stocked with paddleboards, floats, and rafts to add even more fun to your experience.

It was a beautiful place to stay! The driveway was a little hard to find. The walk down to the water and back upis very steep, but the great thing is you can drive your vehicle down and back up!

Great River Location

The house was great for renting a boy at the nearby marina and docking it to stop for lunch and breaks from a day on the water. Plenty of space for our family. Everyone enjoyed their time here.

Beautiful home and perfectly located in Loudon near plenty of stores.. driveway is a tad steep and walk to the water is also steep but overall one of the nicest cabins we have rented and i rent quite often. Beautiful view of the water and nice large dock on the water. Would definitely rent this again

Loudon House review.

Everything was very nice. The only complaints were the hill is very steep walking up and down to the water. The gas grill was a little rough shape, we used only once. Great fire works show we watched from the dock.

Overall we had a great experience. One issue came up with the a/c but the owner was very responsive and had it resolved quickly. Only feedback would be the outdoor seating areas could use cleaning regularly prior to guests staying. The inside was spotless and everything in the description was accurate. 6 adults had a fantastic time at the lake house. We had a couple of minor things come up but the owner was very quick to reply and made sure we were satisfied with his response. House was a little difficult to find, as there is a new home being built off the same driveway and we got confused at first. The hill to the water is steep. A lot of time spent on the screened in back porch! Perfect for what we needed it for.

Good Stay, plenty of room. Boat Dock was a huge success for fishing and swimming. Family loved the back deck. Garage should have been cleaner. Weeds needs to be cut. Last guess at your place never took the garbage to the road. Both red cans were full when we got there. We took their garbage and ours to the road at top of the hill. Overall very pleased with our stay. Would like to stay again someday,

Beautiful lakefront property

We had a great time at the property. The main living level is nice because it has two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms and an additional powder room. The basement sleeping arrangements are unusual. On bed space does t have a door and the the other room has three beds in it. It worked for our college age children because they don’t require much privacy yet. We used the paddle boards and the owner was very helpful making sure the paddles arrived so we could experience paddle boarding on the lake. The hill down to the water is very steep and could be difficult for anyone elderly or with knee problems etc. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a lake week in Eastern TN. Perfect for a Weekend with the Kids

Worthy of five stars. Clean, newish house, nicely furnished and accurately depicted by the photos. The nitpicks: No towel racks or hooks in the house so you cannot hang a wet towel to dry. The dock ladder did not slide down making it difficult for us oldtimers to exit the lake. The kitchen utensils/pans/flatware/dishes/glasses were not of the quality or variety you would expect in this price range house in this area. Fine for a weekend of simple meals with the kids, but lacking for a weekend getaway of adults that cook. Shout out to No'ir Bistro in Lenoir City for their food and to Grove Liquor in Loudon for reasonable wine prices.

Very nice home

This home was really nice, spacious and clean. It is very quiet and secluded for neighbors being close by. You can barely see a peek of one of the neighboring houses thru the trees. It's so convenient to town, food, etc., but feels like you're way out in the country, best of both worlds! The private dock is amazing with no other docks too close by so you can enjoy a private vacation on the water. You can take some beautiful photos here! We did have a few issues. Remote control batteries were dead in most remotes. Because of this we weren't able to relax in the comfy downstairs recliners and enjoy the TV at the same time. No large blender and small blender doesn't work. Garbage can needs a thorough cleaning. We did not contact manager about these issues. If you can't find towels in the bathrooms, they're most likely in the dryer. When we arrived, the dryer was full of towels and still running. Previous renters didn't follow instructions and left garbage overflowing outside on the carport in which animals got into overnight. They also left water equipment on the dock that we assumed belonged there. The Maintenance staff was dishonest and did not check the property before our arrival, which was obvious due to the trash on the carport. Due to their dishonesty, some of my damage deposit was withheld and I had to wait a bit to get the remaining money in the mail. All could've been cleared up immediately if assumptions had not been made and I had been contacted. But it eventually worked out and I'm glad the Manager found out about the dishonest staff. These issues would not keep me from returning to this beautiful home and you shouldn't let them keep you from enjoying this wonderful place. Just make sure to contact the Manager immediately upon finding anything that is suspicious or if you see something that doesn't look right, such as equipment left outside on dock. I'm looking forward to returning to this area.

Could have been a 10, but a major disappointment

This house must be new to the rental market as it was no where near ready for anyone, and does not have many of the common items you expect in a home for 12-15 (description differs). The pictures in the ad must have been some time ago. We arrived to find an unclean house, and had to re-wash all the linens as we were unsure they had been changed - the beds were in disarray, and wet towels were in the dryer; dishes in the dishwasher too. A dirty blanket (had twigs and leaves on it like it had been used outside) and a blood-stained pillow were found on one bed; hair was found in one of the showers. Doors & windows were unlocked, so it seemed like someone had left and not secured the property. The kitchen was lacking simple things like a can opener (we had to buy one) and storage containers needed for a family. Same with dresser space - there were only a couple of drawers in 2 rooms and like 10 hangers in the entire place. The doorknob came off the hall closet on first pull, and the under-counter corbel was on the counter when we arrived, broken. There were no paper towels, but mostly not a stitch of toilet paper was there on our arrival. After our first fierce rain, the downstairs window leaked onto the bedding and bed - judging by the water stains, this was not the first time. The downstairs bath's faucet leaked all over the counter each time the water was turned on. Also not in the listing is just how steep this driveway is and the cement drive down to the dock - it's really not suitable for young children at all. The "garage" playroom with foosball had empty beer cans around, and leaves/debrie blown into the space making it very messy, unappealing and was not like the picture at all - we did not use it. The owner fielded all my concerns and reports to him, but really, when you are paying top dollar in a state you have never visited, you expect so much more. This house is in a great location, has many nice features and finishes, and the views from the deck and dock are one-of-a-kind; we observed many a beautiful sunset there. However, all and all, it needs major TLC and to add many of the basic items people need during a family vacation. Cleanliness for future guests needs improvement and verification. As I said, could have been a 10, but it was sort of a dud. If improvements and corrections are made, I would support its location and size for a large family staying in the area.

Nice place on the river

Nice vacation spot if you are looking for something on the river and close to nice golf courses. My friends enjoyed time down by the river, and on the back balcony.

Great Spot on the river

This was an amazing location on the river! Great view every morning with a cup of coffee on the patio! Would highly recommend! The owner Joe was great too!
