This relaxed and modern beach base is an ideal option for families and couples, just a few minutes from the sand and surf at Ruakaka! This Ruakaka holiday home includes sunny open plan living, with ample room to unwind in comfort. The heat pump/air con is perfect for year round retreats, or utilise the well equipped outdoor living area for cruisy summer stays. The sheltered patio is a great spot for laid back BBQ's while the kids enjoy the pool and trampoline. Plus, the spa pool offers the ultimate relaxation. The Master bedroom has a King bed with drawers underneath for clothing storage. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 both have a double bunk set (single bed on the top and a double bed at the bottom) - perfect for the whole family! There are 2 bathrooms to complete your holiday set up. Everything you need is on hand for your home away from home - the new espresso machine ensures your daily fix (just bring your own beans), free WIFI and Sky TV is available for any indoor days. Perfect getaway

This was a perfect getaway . The pool and spa are SO NICE. Pool was the perfect temperature and the kids were in there all day . We used the spa both evenings too . Close to the beach and the property has everything you need - there’s toys, boogie boards, kayaks, pool toys ……. The list goes on . We will def be back here. Couldn’t fault the place

We're a family of four who fell in love with Ruakaka after spending three years at the local camp ground. We're Auckland based but we're up every month enjoying all that Northland has to offer.

Why they chose this property

It's modern, 7 minutes walk to the beach, has all the creature comforts of home and has lots of toys for you to play with. Whether you're kicking back on the reclining chairs and couches (yes they all recline), warming up in the outdoor shower and spa or just taking in the sunset at the end of the day, you'll find the blood pressure dropping as soon as you arrive.

What makes this property unique

Use of all equipment on the property: kayak, surf boards, boogie boards, bikes, scooters, beach cricket sets and trampoline (with caution....particularly the adults).
