Collett is situated on the Esplanade, close to Crinolin Point, this popular, wheelchair friendly home is built for holiday simplicity and relaxing comfort. Collett is a no fuss easy care solution for friend or family groups travelling together. The large backyard is perfect for your furry friends.

Collett is well set up for disabled visitors, with a twin bedroom, ramp, very large bathroom and all the appropriate facilities on the ground floor

Collett has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The open plan living area has a flat screen TV and DVD, and a very comfortable couch. The slow combustion wood fire makes this a property for all seasons.

Upstairs has a toilet and washroom (no shower) whilst downstairs has the large wheel chair friendly bathroom, shower and toilet (and an additional separate toilet). The external laundry houses the washing machine, clothes dryer and an additional chest freezer.

We played backyard cricket in the driveway, could spread out in bedrooms, aircon worked and was needed, good communal area, cutlery and cleaning could be improved.

We had a lovely time. We did struggle with the cook top and the fridge was freezing our veggies (yes we turned it to less cold) and one of the down lights was blown in the lounge room but it was a lovely place to stay, so close to the beach and great for our dog. The opportunity to have him with us was just fabulous.

Could be better

Good potential however let down by lack of maintenance. For eg the gas stovetop and washing machine didn’t work which was very inconvenient when we were hosting Xmas lunch.Also had to rush out and replace near empty gas bottle on arrival.Still waiting on a call back from property manager about concerns
