Charelovix stay
This house was perfect very clean, cozy, super comfy beds. It had everything we needed perfect location can walk into town. The host was excellent very responsive she let us do an early check in and late check out which is never expected. I highly recommend this place for a party of 4
Beautiful duplex with all of the amenities you could need. Furnishings/fixtures were some of the nicest I’ve seen in a VRBO. Great location just 3 blocks away from downtown. We would absolutely stay here again! :)

It doesn’t get any better!
Our rental was all we could want and more. The location is just blocks from Bridge Street Charlevoix and same distance from beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We contacted the owner about a grill and we had one the next morning. You can see the pride in the decorating inside and the outside has flowers blooming every where.
We loved the upstairs apartment in the house. It looked newly redecorated & absolutely gorgeous. It had 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths with master having a door to close off whole suite. The kitchen was beautiful & well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. Great internet & common area. Outside is a really nice & private area with grill, table & chairs. It was a short walk to downtown with beautiful homes to along the way. The public beach was sooo large & 2 blocks from the home along with a large pier & lighthouse. It was a great house!!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Very walkable
Good location for walking to the downtown and Marina area. Walkable to restaurants shops or beaches. Upstairs unit was not clean upon arrival. Unit needs a deep cleaning. Outside communal area was unusable due to green slime all over the furniture and a questionable Gas Grill. Very steep and long stairs up to the Apt.

Hi James, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: “Thank you for your feedback. I apologize the apartment was not to your satisfaction. Had you contacted me during your stay, I would have promptly sent services to address your needs. I do take pride in my property, and have had numerous positive reviews on the cleanliness, however, I will continue to monitor the quality of this to ensure my guests are taken care of. Lastly, it is clearly stated in my listing that this is an upstairs apartment and there is a unit below; I apologize that stairs are required to access the upper apartment. Thank you for your feedback once again.”
Trip to upper Michigan. The house was as described close to shopping, waterfront and mushroom houses. One of the beds was pretty firm and could use a mattress topper. Otherwise great apartment. We could hear the downstairs residents but the fans in the bedrooms helped drown that out. Overall great stay
Excellent. Everything was as advertised. Very pleasant stay.

Great location, cozy get-away to northern Michigan
We enjoyed our stay very much...loved the location and the proximity to Lake Michigan and also to downtown. The kitchen was stocked with many handy items, and we are hoping to return again next year.
We thought the property was very quaint, quiet and clean. Great walking distance to downtown Charlevoix. Perfect for a friend 4 day get away. Only dislike is the towels smelled a little musty but overall I enjoy your home. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Quite neighborhood , but close to beach ,down town shops and activities. Property clean, and has everything you need to cook. On second floor just make sure one can do stairs.
Nice house in a great neighborhood. Listing was accurately described.. Perfect for 4 adults, large bathrooms, Kitchen and living area. Check in was easy and the house was clean.
The parking is not good- there is a shared concrete pad and if your neighbors are not cooperative, you need to park in the street and walk to the property.
Also the patio area needed a thorough cleaning(deck was full of green slime) so we couldn’t enjoy it.

Great location! Walked to town, the marina, and the beach. Comfortable bed. Would definitely book again.
We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Petoskey. Wish we could have spent more time here, we might have to come back. My whole family absolutely loved this cute home full of character. It is soo close to everything, we walked everywhere. She had soo many essentials that most rentals like this don't have. Took me a minute to figure out how to lock the door when we left and I let her know and she got right back to me.
Much better than a hotel very comfortable & clean had everything we needed for a couple days of skiing in the area…check in was easy check out was easy everything as promised in rental agreement. Thanks so much had a great time!
Wow - this place was really great. The amenities of the house, and the character of the house were all top notch. I was heading into town a little early, and I did reach out to the host and she quickly said you can get there as early as you'd like to today - which was super helpful.
This is a duplex house (not sure if I realized that at the time of booking) but you wouldn't have guessed it while you were there. Each duplex has their own little patio - which sadly we couldn't use because of the rain that weekend. And even though we were in town for a wedding, we were only two blocks away from the water and from downtown.
I would certainly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay here again!
