Girls Weekend

Fun relaxing girls weekend getaway! House and neighborhood are so cute and clean. Property manager was very helpful with minor issues that arouse and promptly fixed them. Very easy to contact by phone call or text message. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice home poor management

We specifically searched for a property with a hot ton, booked this hame and were immediately emailed by the property management firm that the hot tub was not working. We asked if we could rebook a different property and told no we could not. We arrived and the hot tub appears to be working just fine, though obviously we weren’t able to use it. This was obviously not a great experience. The house itself was clean, nice, and we loved that it was across the street from a park for the kids. The parking is very tight and limited.

Nice, but no hot tub

We booked this place mostly because of it having a big hot tub - this was prominent in the listing. We got there and found it was not filled so we called and found out it had a leak and they had sent us an email about a week before. We hadn't opened the email because it did not come from VRBO and looked like spam. No phone call, no voicemail to say the hot tub would not be functional during our stay. Even if we had, this is not enough advance warning to book anything else like this. Super disappointed because this place was not inexpensive, and really should not have been advertised as having the hot tub, which is the main feature we were excited for. Felt kind of brushed off by customer service afterwards, too.

Customer care improvement

The neighborhood and beach are lovely. When we arrived, we discovered the hot tub cover was damaged, water logged, and almost impossible to use. The response from the office was, "the contract states that you get the property as is." So much for customer service. Otherwise, the house was very nice and the area is quaint, quiet, and great for families.
