All new stainless steel appliances. Granite island comfortably seats 5 for meals or eat outside on your private patio. Central air, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Ceiling fans in each room. Owner could be in a completely separate unit on the property during your stay. Off season rentals (November-May) have a 60 night minimum
