Gulfside Villas is a gated community situated right on Indian Rocks Beach! This updated 3-story Townhome has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. The owner of this home has installed an iWave Air Purifier to reduce/remove pathogens such as Covid-19 Virus and other bacteria (info attached as an image). All brand new flooring has been placed throughout the unit! The bright kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped. The tastefully decorated living area features a large smart TV and comfy furniture is great for a movie night in. All 3 bedrooms also feature flat screen TVs. There's a beautiful pool (heated in the winter), outdoor shower and a nice picnic area on site. Covered parking available for 2 cars. The property is centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Or, you can just hop on the Beach Trolley and explore the 30 mile coastline from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach.

The location and check-in was great. But the living room furniture and deck furniture was awful!!! Since the weather was pretty cold the first week we spent quite a bit of time inside. Those couches were absolutely horrible to sit on!! Surely the host or whoever checks on anything has to be aware of this. It definitely needs upgrading!! Then we would want to sit in the sun on the deck and there is one regular chair and 4 backless, armless high top stools!! Both shower heads need to be replaced as well. I usually never complain, but it was that badThe master bedroom was very comfortable, but our friends said that the other bedroom mattresses was very uncomfortable. We own a resort business and have to keep upgrading constantly. Hopefully this feedback helps to something done.

Everything is a described. Location is unbeatable, close to everything you want or need. If you want sand in your toes when you walk out the door, this is the place.

Beautiful beach access

We had a lovely time at this cute condo that is in an amazing location, just steps from the beach. Check in / out was a breeze. Almost everything we needed was provided. The only complaint was the lack of storage in the small bunk bedroom - there are no dressers or hangers in the closet, so you are forced to use furniture in the larger bedrooms, which gets a bit awkward in the AM/PM times. Apart from that small inconvenience, we enjoyed everything and had no problems at all. Perfect sized place for a small family.

Great unit

Three generation group stayed at the condo for a week. Grandparents (70s) managed the stairs ok. Check in and out was super easy. Unit had everything we needed including beach items except beach towels. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking options. Likes the pantry space and laundry available in the unit.

Pandemic get away

Beautiful location. So close to beach. Wonderful storage area with beach stuff. Might need cleaning out. Several broken chairs. Bathrooms needs some updating. One toilet handle broke last night. Outdoor rinse off area nice.

Great location but needs updating

The location is stellar but it didn’t appear to have been well kept. The basic “3 hour clean” had been done in between renters, but blinds, light fixtures, fans were covered in dust. Kitchenware was hit or miss, light bulbs were out, that kind of stuff. For the price, it needs a little more attention to detail.

Great location!

I’ll start by saying the location is awesome! Views of beach and sunsets were amazing from the balcony. I liked it was gated from the street. This keeps random people from walking through to go to the beach. Able to open a window at night and hear the waves(Very relaxing). The storage had plenty of beach chairs and toys. One thing missing was beach towels. House was clean but cleaners could do a better job of detailed cleaning. We found that under the beds had a lot of dust built up and also the tops of ceiling fans. Had our allergies going a bit. It was nice to have 2 covered parking spots. Walking distance to several places to eat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here 😁🌴☀️

THE AGENT (CHAD) MADE THE IMPOSSIBLE HAPPEN/GREAT PLACE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a special time,very special. The vacation rental co agent, Chad,is a true pro at this. Last minute, fathers day weekend, everything nice and big enough was full. I had been out of the country for 6 months and could not get back home so I missed my daughter's birthday and many other things. It was very important to me to get her to the beach to a condo and have a father's day week long vacation. She also needed me to take her shopping for clothes her Senior year pictures. I could find nothing to rent for us and her guests and Chad made it happen. A great place, fair price,and we had a blast. Resort Rentals, Chad, their properties, etc..... Will Always Be the first I'll call. THANKS !!

Location Can't Be Beat!

My family and I have stayed at various units in Gulfside Villas for over 20 years. We continue to return because the overall ambiance, location and facilities are fabulous. The unit is just steps from the beach with a side-balcony view. You truly cannot beat Indian Rocks Beach! The pool was beautiful and clean and so nice for taking a dip when the Gulf got very warm in the afternoons. The unit itself is pretty and clean. The bedrooms are comfortably appointed and the mattresses give you a good night's sleep. One small detail - the mattresses are actually so nice and big, the sheets are a struggle to keep on the beds. Particularly the bunk beds - the corners kept sliding off. There's plenty of closet space. The floors of this unit have been redone since we were last here (2021) and while lovely (and easier to walk on than tile), we'd love to see them add a few throw rugs here and there. Particularly at the entry-way - no matter how hard you try to rinse the sand off of your feet, a bit of the beach somehow finds it way in. We ended up going to Target and buying a small throw rug to place at the base of the stairs for foot wiping. We do cook meals in our unit and discovered the cookware was pretty beat-up. Lots of scratches on non-stick cookware, which really makes it unsafe to use. We made do, but they really need to replace the skillet at least. This unit remains a favorite at Gulfside Villas!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is amazing! 10 steps to the pool, 10 steps to the beach! Quiet condo community, incredibly nice people all around us (some renters but some owners). You can watch the ocean from the dining room table or the deck, just gorgeous. The beach was perfection, the water is crystal clear, warm and amazing! The condo itself needs some updating - the bathrooms are a bit dingy (very worn/stained shower floor downstairs) but very functional. The carpet on the 2nd to 3rd floor stairs and in the bedrooms is really bad, it definitely put a damper on the place. And the windows need new treatments - very old, several of the blinds don't work and the ones on the deck door bang loudly and wouldn't stay up or turn up and down. The kitchen is stocked ok but not many bowls, no Tupperware or anything similar for food storage. The storage area for beach stuff had a lot of little things that were useful, but it was VERY dirty and smelled terrible so anything we used had to be scrubbed down. Limited towels for a family of 6, we had to do laundry almost daily. Otherwise - honestly the best location ever for a beach location and we will definitely go back, but if a few upgrades were made this place would be a 10! The area is family friendly, a few great shops and restaurants within walking distance but not overly commercial which we loved. 20 min drive to lots of busier places if that's your idea of a fun day trip. Really great place!!

Great Location

We stayed here as a family of five for spring break. You cannot beat the location and proximity to the beach! The condo was within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Indian Beach. The beach was fifty feet away. It made it very convenient to run up and use the restroom or grab a snack or drink. The pool in the complex was small and we did not use it much, but was warm when we felt it. The condo has a lot of nice amenities. The kitchen has been updated and is very well stocked. The storage locker had a lot of beach toys, floats, chairs, and a tent for shade on the beach. It was very easy to access all of these items with the code on the storage locker door. The front door for entering and exiting the condo was similar-with a code. It made check-in and check-out a breeze. There are keys provided to enter/exit the pool and the condo community. The washer and dyer were nice to have. Very few linens were provided. We had to do laundry everyday and bring our own beach towels. I purchased some extra bath and hand towels and left them in the condo hopefully for others to not have to do laundry while on vacation. Streaming and cable tv were great options on the very nice tvs in the condo. There were written instructions left on how to use everything and recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We needed to contact the rental property for help with a couple things during our stay. They were extremely easy to contact via text, very quick to respond, and came out quickly as well. While the condo was nice, it is in need of an update. The bed spreads are very worn and faded. The carpet on the steps and upstairs is very thin and shows a lot of ware. The shower bar holding the curtain in the downstairs bathroom was rusted and fell down. The lights on the porch are rusted and the table is in need of a new coat of paint. This being said, the location and the other amenities make up for some of the aesthetics. We would definitely rent here again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. The Townhome had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. It was clean, spacious for 4 adults and one teen. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked, and easy to prepare meals. This Townhome location was great. We did walk to a couple of restaurants and a fruit/fish storefront. The trolley was outside the Units but we did not use. It was very safe, too, as you had to have a code to enter the property. The beach was clean and plenty of space for all properties to share.
