8 acres overlooking casco bay

Nestled on 8 acres overlooking Casco Bay, the Stone Isle guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and amazing water views. The guest house includes an open plan layout with a full kitchen and living room and a dining table for 4. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Must be able to climb 1 flight of stairs.

This guest house is on a custom built estate, located down a private lane that ends at the water. In addition to your private guest house, the estate has a main house where the owners live - which is separated from you by a driveway and a cottage that is slightly up the road and out of view.

You have private access to your guest house, a section of the backyard with water views and your own balcony. You're only 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 10 minutes from downtown Yarmouth. Coastal Maine at its best!

Summer Vacation

Stayed for four nights, loved the secluded nature of the property, overlooks a bay and is great to use as a hub the bike from. Our family enjoyed the safe roads around the property, the apartment was well stocked, internet quick and everything very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property on a land reserve

The property was located in a beautiful location. There is a nature trail just down the street that was really lovely, chairs set up at the property so that you could enjoy coffee facing the water and numerous other trails close by, including within walking distance. A short drive into Yarmouth, which had a handful of very nice socially distanced dining options.
