Great for Adult Group trips

We booked for two nights for a wedding and required somewhere that could sleep 12 adults comfortable! This was the perfect property, plenty of space and a great big kitchen and outdoor sitting area. We would definitely stay again!

Great house for friends

A little maintenance and an extra clean wouldn’t go astray but great house for a large group of friends to meet up at. Good location and would stay again if a couple of things were fixed up :)

The house, back yard & location suited our family very well

Basics need attention: Cobwebs, could not find a brush & shovel for floor sweeping, ironing board cover, bbq not clean, safety wires on back patio broken, our son fixed this for safety of our small children, clothes line wire broken, corner drawers in kitchen falling apart, vacuum cleaner hose completely blocked, my husband fixed this. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen adequate & living areas great.

property was a little older than viewed with an average reno. doors jammed and gaps under external doors . could of been much cleaner even though it is older . one listing indicates three bathrooms and a sauna ?? bbq looked averagely clean but the 2 foot flames from the grill sections say something else . ruined all the sausages . games room old and dirty . could not find iron but did have ironing board . old spa outside ?? upside, plenty of space and seating good stocked kitchen but coffee machine with no pods at all. fairly close to outlets bowls club beach and town which was good . moved all dirty rubbish bins to get up side way so as to park 6 cars off street which was good.

Ideal for family groups

Great property for a big family or group The big backyard is ideal for kids to play and outdoor deck perfect for adults Some kid friendly features would have made this property better such as gates for the stairs. Also there were some hazards in the backyard such as paint, cigarette butts, petrol can. Had to purchase toilet paper, hand wash and laundry powder as the property did not have these upon arrival.

Great location, close to everything, walk every where, great size for us all. Would stay again love.

Great size house, might need to updated fire alarm and fly screens on all windows. We had a wonderful stay. It would be worth adding to the supplies of glasses and dishes. We would rent this property again.
