Newly built custom home just outside the Town of Bracebridge.
This home is located on Spence Lake, an incredibly quiet lake great for boating, skiing, fishing, paddling and swimming. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two large sitting areas on the main floor and a large rec room in the basement. Plenty of deck and dock space for entertaining as well! 2800 Square Feet of finished living space!

Great hosts and house. kids friendly

Large house and grounds, beautiful views and directly by the lake. Ideal for kids with lots of toys and access. Very nice living, dining and kitchen area with good terrace. Two of the bedrooms (one en-suite) very nice. 10-15min drive to Bracebridge and Gravenhurst, well located but still quiet (can hear road a little bit in evening but didn’t bother us). Lake was great for swimming, fishing and paddle board. Stephen and Kristen were in touch beforehand and very nice, helped us with 1-2 questions while we were there - can highly recommend and we had a great time.

Summer Cottage Rental

We rented this property with our children for 1 week. Our stay was fantastic. The property was perfect for 3 young children and was very child friendly and well equipped with toys, cribs, baby gates, and a small and safe beach. The cottage was spotless and extremely well maintained. Stephen was very responsive to any question we had and ensured we had every thing we needed leading up to our stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, quiet, and in close proximity to Bracebridge. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property, particularly to those travelling with children.

Incredible property

Had a fantastic time at Stephen’s beautiful lakeside property. Super clean, lots of space for dinners and lounging, and incredible access to the lake. Only a short drive into Bracebridge to see the town / grab supplies - this was a great stay.

Beautiful Getaway

Some colleagues and I decided to book a weekend getaway to get some much needed rest and relaxation. We were ecstatic when this cottage showed as being available during our desired days. This listing did not disappoint; it was a very clean and well maintained property. We would definitely book again! Highly recommend this place for a getaway.

A quiet beautiful getaway

The property was pristine and beautiful. We arrived and met the owner. He gave us a brief explanation of the property and then let us start our holiday. The location was very accessible and the property had all amenities available. I don’t think I could say very much That would be negative about this property or the owners. We had a wonderful week.
