Shared from the owner:"Hi Tara, thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent stay. We're pleased to hear that you and your additional guests enjoyed the area. We sincerely apologize if you felt the outdoor area wasn't as clean as expected. We noticed your group making good use of this space throughout your stay, which makes your feedback about its cleanliness particularly valuable. Despite our efforts to maintain cleanliness, windy weather can sometimes pose challenges with pine needles, especially during springtime. We strive to ensure all guests can fully enjoy our amenities, and we will certainly review our procedures to address any areas for improvement."

Brian, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts about your recent stay. We've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following: Thanks for staying with us in Nine Mile Falls and for your review. -We apologize if the floor plan and kitchenette didn't meet your expectations. Our listing on the booking platform includes a comprehensive set of photos that showcase every aspect of the rental, including the kitchenette. We make an effort to provide accurate and detailed images to give our guests a clear understanding of the space they are booking. -We appreciate your understanding of our recommendation to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening breeze, especially considering the pleasant nightly temperatures in the 50s. It's our goal to offer our guests a comfortable and eco-friendly option for staying cool during their stay. However, we also understand that personal preferences vary, and our air conditioning system is always available for your comfort whenever you prefer. -We understand how important a good night's sleep is, and we're sorry for the disturbance caused by the neighbor's dog. In situations like these, we encourage our guests to contact us immediately, and we would have been happy to address the issue and work towards a solution to ensure your comfort. We're glad you enjoyed the place overall and we hope you decide to visit us again.
