This ideal 3 bedroom condo is downtown Canmore. It's a perfect place to start your mountain adventure. It is a warm, comfortable, 3 bedroom that sleeps 10. The master suite has a queen size bed with an en-suite bath. Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed . Bedroom 3 is designed for all of your minions!!! but can sleep adults comfortably too! 6 folk can sleep in here, it has 2 bunks, one is double over double & the other single over single, additionally there are 2 separate single beds, a large walk in closet with 4 lockers completes the space. The second shower room is accessed by both bedrooms 2 and 3.
The kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances, counter top and lighting. The dinning table is expandable able to accommodate everyone. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for extra bums :) The living room has a full size couch, love seat and recliner. There's a gas fireplace and big TV. The patio has a large BBQ, we have a second propane tank. The large windows look west along the Bow Valley towards Banff with 180° views .Left view is Rundle Range, CascadeMountain is centre, Fairholme Range is right.
Other amenities include in-suite laundry with a washer and dryer.
Please note: Due to owners severe allergies, there is a strict NO PETS, however there may be pets in the complex, and common spaces.

Great property and conveniently located near the downtown, grocery store and beautiful walks. Space was very nice and accommodated our family very well! There were a few areas around cleanliness that need tending to, but overall a great place to stay!

We had a great time staying here! Very spacious for eight of us. Highly recommend.
My family and I loved our time here, the perfect spot for a week long summer holiday with its proximity to downtown and the river. The condo itself is well laid out and had everything we needed for our holiday.
The place was as advertised, spacious and clean. The location was great and had no issues with the check-in or check-out. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Canmore.
Location was very convenient. Perfectly met our family's needs. A bit shy on dishes and cutlery for our group if 9 but otherwise very well stocked kitchen.
Perfect location for us--it's hard to find a place for 9 people! Super nice to be next to the Safeway, parking for two cars underneath, everything clean and in good working order. Right next door to Banff National Park.
Close to so many things, several Starbucks and grocery stores and restaurants within steps! Clean and spacious! Great space for kids, teens and adults! We had a wonderful getaway in Canmore, thanks to Jane’s place!
Nice view of the mountains located in a central area. Safe underground parking and a Starbucks across the street. Very comfortable and exactly as described.
The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. Such a perfect location within Canmore, close to many attractions and walking distance to several breakfast and dinner spots. The host was so easy to work with, very communicative and easy to reach with quick responses. Would highly recommend to all!
We stayed for 6 nights and this was the perfect place for myself and my three teens. Jane was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The beds were comfortable and the entire complex was clean. Love having covered parking and security codes as well.
Great location close to food store an banks. Short 10 min walk to downtown Canmore. Amazing family unit with bunk beds/board games. Wonderful views of mountains. Jane is very responsive to all messages. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to return!

We are from Calgary Alberta and have used this condo for our growing families. When the kids were young, and ski racers we spent many weekends in our condo.
Why they chose this property
You can walk to all of the places you need to be! Downtown for coffee, a great brew pub is 200m, shopping 20 meters from the door.
What makes this property unique
We are downtown, have free parking, rooftop hot tubs and quick access to both Legacy Trail and the public transportation to Banff. you can walk to the river railway bridge in about 10 minutes. This is a really central hub to start the adventures from.
