Enjoy a comfortable, quiet, cottage nestled in nature, with access to a 7 lake chain (great for fishing!); explore on 2 canoes, 2 paddle boards or peddle-boat. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove & microwave, outdoor BBQ. Free WIFI, HDMI hookup with a large-screen tv's. Secondary lounge area in walkout basement also with HDMI hookup and large-screen tv. Laundry room and extra beer fridge. Enjoy the device charging cables. As a matter of liability renters need their own life jackets and please remember to bring bedding/sleeping bags and towels. Exterior Security cameras.

An Amazing Family Getaway

This was an amazing cottage! The space within the cottage was amazing for lots of game playing which our family LOVES! We also loved the dock and the lake which was amazing for swimming. Tobin is so above and beyond even coming to see us when we had a few questions about a few things…and even taking our garbage when he left! (Completely unnecessary but soooo appreciated and again above and beyond) We will definitely want to come back to this amazing cottage for another summer as it checked off all the boxes on our list and more as to what we wanted/needed in a space!

Excellent lake sustem

Lake system was outstanding and folks at marina were very helpful. Cottage was obviously built for rentals with signs giving instructions posted every were. General decor and finish was very renter friendly but not a higher quality. Cottage was very well stocked with everything you would need. Pictures seemed to show a shallow entrance to sand and rock but there was no easy water access. Deck in front of dock has been shifted by ice and is not really usable as it is not at all level, outdoor patio set and BBQ were minimal. Dock itself was quite good and level and secure but ladder into water had only two rungs in water so harder do larger adults to get out easily. . I would say based on my renting roughly 5 times a year each summer this place was fine but at the price charged was not good value, lowest of the various cottages I have rented. Overall a 3.5 experience.

Beautiful stay on Beaver Lake

My family has been going to these lakes for years and it can be difficult to find a cottage that ticks all of the right boxes. I am so happy that I stumbled across Tobins family cottage on VRBO as it was the PERFECT spot and met all of our families needs. Great location tucked away in the bay, large green space to play games, beautiful dock, & plenty of living space in the cottage. Our family will definitely be visiting again!

Not as advertised

Great location lovely lakefront. Chose based on number of beds because we had 4 kids and 6 adults. One bedroom had standing water so two beds out. Another bed had terrible mattress which landlord is replacing he says but that didn’t do us any good. One adult spent week on couch. For the money the accommodations did not warrant the price. Too bad liked location. Landlord says he’s addressing issues.

Sisters Getaway

Cottage is bright and spacious in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Clean and cozy with plenty of amenities. Had a wonderful stay and would really like to go back.
