We had a lovely stay with extended family. Two kitchens and 5 bathrooms allowed everyone to have their own space but still enjoy time together. Fab location. Great ammenities!
Everything was excellent. The house, the amenities, the presentation and the location. Perfect for a family gathering or friends celebration It was so good to have the tennis court, swimming pool, pool table and the jetty to tie our boat up to and even catch crabs in the canal
Myself, 4 adults, 2 teens and a child stayed this weekend and it was as great the first time we stayed. The place is great and has different things to do. Great location for a quiet relaxing getaway.
Thanks team.
Plenty of bedrooms A/C was great!
Views and setting very nice. Only thing we could fault was kitchen had no bench space . Only sink area. Hard to prepare for a large group. There were two kitchens one up and one down but exactly the same. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.
We have come back a second year in a row! Last year my partner proposed to me out the back of the property and this year we celebrated 1 year engaged with our beautiful 3 month old baby surrounded by our family like last year! While the house was clean there was broken glass when we arrived all out the back. The picture frame from downstairs dining area frame had broken and picture has fallen! Other than that we had an amazing stay and will be back again next year!! Thank you

Our long overdue holiday did not disappoint thanks to this beautiful waterfront stay. The house was well appointed and spacious for our family group of 10. The neighbourhood and neighbours were so lovely.
The Queen and King bedrooms all had serene views of the canal. There is an ensuite located in one of the main bedrooms downstairs and the one upstairs. The upstairs lounge opened up onto a private balcony area to take in the views. The outside area downstairs opened up to a large outdoor setting, complete with a bbq and those incredible views. There is a seperate bathroom/laundry room located in the pool area which was great for washing off after a day at the beach or pool. We spent most of our time outside either in the pool, playing tennis on the courts, kayaking or just relaxing in one of the outdoor spaces.
Both kitchen's were well equipped with all your basic needs, including oven dishes perfect for bbq dinners and fresh crabs we caught right off the private jetty.
We drove less than 40 minute's to snorkel and swim to some of the Southwest's most beautiful locations, with a stopovers at the famous Simmos icecreamery.
After a day of southwest adventuring, there was plenty of spaces at our holiday stay to unwind and relax.
There was so many memorable moments in this trip. It was our chance to get all our family and kids together, and just spend time enjoying each other's company and exploring the beautiful southwest, and we did just that.
This home made our stay even more perfect, I would not hesitate in booking this property again. Just blissful. Thank you so much for having us Davinia and team.
Giving 5 stars purely for how much fun our kids had on the tennis court and fishing off the jetty, there was so many fish to catch non stop! House is a bit run down but it did not stop us from having a great stay. Upstairs kitchen could do with some cleaning spray so we can wipe down benches. Check-in process very easy and lots of parking for cars out the front.I didn’t expect my kids to be so into the tennis court as they are only 5 and 8 but they absolutely loved it.Pool was freezing cold but still managed a quick swim in the sunshine. Kitchen area is tiny so don’t recommend cooking in it, and bbq is also very small. House is in a quiet area close enough to everything yet still far enough from the busy area.

The host was very accommodating and replied to questions reasonably fast. The property fits 2 families in very comfortably. The house itself does need a bit of TLC The location although a bit out of town does have the luxury of being right on the water .Also a pool and pool table so if your looking for some family time then this is perfect.Oh and the tennis court
Our family group included a few teenagers who loved playing pool and paddling their kayaks through the canals. Enjoyed the views over the water at all times of the with glass and/or cup in hand. Suited all ages.

Fab location -needs some TLC
Great location, house was tidy but most definitely not clean. Needs some TLC and yard needs a clean up, wifi didn’t work either. Would stay again for a smaller fee or if the owner put some love into the place … fantastic for a large group .. enjoyed our time !
