Lifts are needed

The property was lovely but there was no mention of there being no lift in the building. My 81 year old mother struggled with the stairs and this impacted our stay. I was then left to bring all luggage in by myself as a 61 year old woman. Just a shame this is not clearly noted. Raine & Horne gave extra time for checkout to allow me numerous trips and to assist my mother. This was appreciated greatly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for our getaway. Close to the beach, restaurants, cafes. Beautifully quiet and relaxing. Had everything we needed, was comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a great stay, thank you!!
