Great location but house could use work
The beachfront location is exactly what we wanted and the access to the beach is perfect. Wish we could see the shore from the deck but the height of the dunes can’t be helped. The house itself left something to be desired. The kitchen was nice but all the utensils and supplies were well worn. The other rooms desperately needed updating. The walls and carpet were dirty and stained. The furniture was all severely worn and looked dirty. There was even a ripped slip cover on the loveseat in the master bedroom. It’s not wonder the pictures were taken down shortly after we booked the property. The worst part was the house seemed unsafe and shook considerably when people walked down the hallway or up and down the stairs. This house definitely felt unloved and like it was a managed property and not one the owners cared about. Overall our stay was ok but I definitely wouldn’t book again and there are much better properties for similar prices.
