The Space:

This home is perfectly set up for a comfortable winter stay, with plenty of heating options throughout the house. It comes equipped with a heat pump in the main living area, as well as gas heaters in the hallways to keep the whole home warm. All beds are fitted with luxurious goose feather duvets, with additional blankets available for extra comfort on chilly nights. Portable electric heaters are also provided and can be moved to whichever room you need, ensuring everyone stays warm and cosy throughout their stay.



The upstairs of this beautiful property boasts a spacious lounge with a Smart TV and beautiful views of the lake.

The lounge opens to an outdoor area, where you can enjoy the sunshine on the deck or host 'al fresco' dinners which can be whipped up in the fully equipped kitchen.



Kindly note that the fireplace is not available to use. You are welcome to use the BBQ however, it is provided on an "as is" basis as it is not included in our cleaner's routine schedule.



The house is serviced by a modern bathroom, with a separate toilet for added convenience. The bathroom features a spa bath, where you could melt away at the end of the day. No need to worry about running out of hot water as the house has unlimited supplied powered by gas.



You will find three rooms to relax with a king-sized bed, a queen, and a king single with a trundler to accommodate up to six guests.



Park with ease in our off-street parking and roomy garage, ideal for your vehicles, bikes, or gear. Please note: trailers cannot be parked on the driveway. Safety and fun await in our fully fenced backyard, perfect for your little ones to play.



Just a leisurely 5-minute walk away, you'll find convenience at your fingertips with a local corner store, a well-stocked bottle shop, and a delicious fish and chips shop.



A stroll down the hill will take you to the tranquil shores of Lake Taupō, and the 'Two Mile Bay Sailing Club', where you can unwind with a refreshing drink or indulge in a mouthwatering pizza while soaking in breathtaking lake views.



For those seeking adventure, embark on a scenic journey along the renowned Great Lake Pathway, offering picturesque views of the expansive lakefront. Just a short drive away, you'll find relaxation and rejuvenation at 'Taupō DeBretts Spa Resort', or immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the town center, brimming with local shops, cafes, and attractions.
