Thank you for your 4-star review. We're glad the condo and pool were clean and that you enjoyed the beach views. I'm sorry the master shower didn't drain well — we've notified maintenance to inspect and address the issue. If you have any other feedback on how we can make your next stay a 5‑star experience, please send us a message through Vrbo. We hope to host you again.

This condo has minimal supplies for kitchen. Bathrooms had 1/2 roll toilet paper - not even 1 extra roll. Floors had clearly not been mopped. Toilet had black at rim. Porch held water puddles constantly - rust from porch table was everywhere - sliding door was hard to open close from so much dirt and debris. We made the best of it. Would choose different condo next time.
Love the first floor location with direct stairs down to the pool. The beach in this location is exactly what we are looking for...wide dunes, wide beach, quiet area. Top notch deck furniture and good kitchen appliances. The place smelled SO clean, was spotless and ready a little bit early for us. Appreciated Pristine Properties rental credit so much - the chairs, umbrella and boogie boards we got were great. Everything delivered right on time and in great condition. A couple minor negatives - the primary suite shower drain was clogged (hardly draining at all) and the maintenance people never came even though a work order was logged on our first day. Both bathrooms really need an update (better shower heads, curtain rods that are not rusted, minimally). Lighting is super harsh throughout the condo - recommend changing the bulbs to a softer white or at least a mix of softer lighting options. Washer and dryer are old and very basic. The sliding door is pretty hard to get open and shut. Overall though, we understand it's tough to keep up beach rental property and we would definitely come back to this one.

Cleaning and comfort
Overall we had a nice stay
Location was great and the access to the beach was wonderful.
Areas for improvement
1. The entire condo could use a thorough DEEP cleaning. While the big items were clean upon arrival the base boards and cabinets all through the condo were dirty. There was toothpaste, old red/brown stains which I can only assume was dried blood and quite a bit of dust on the baseboards. The curtains were dirty too.
2. The back porch was FILTHY. It has not been wiped or washed off at all. There were several black/brown moldy spots and the overall porch was full of dirt. The tracks for the sliding doors were also full of dirt and really just left untouched. The back porch furniture was old dirty and uncomfortable. We typically eat most of our meals outside on the porches when we vacation we did not this time which hampered our experience. There are no ceiling fans on the back porch It’s Florida come on!!!
Honestly the entire back porch area was terrible.
3. The couches quite literally sucked us in they are too soft a vinyl or leather option would be better suited for a beach venue. I sat in the hardback chairs at the table for my entire stay. Your beds other than the bunk beds which we did not use squeak with every move they too are uncomfortable and are in need of replacing.

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was so nice, with just enough room for me and my family. We loved the large porch for breakfast and the board walk to the beach was nice.
Great condo that we used for a short, 3-night stay. Perfect for adults and older kids who can handle their own beach supplies (it’s an easy, unobstructed walk to the beach, but it is a walk).
