We had a great time at Family on First. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. We picked a freezing and wet winter weekend, but the house was toasty warm and there were loads of cozy blankets. Salvatore was an excellent host and incredibly responsive to messages. Thanks!

Great for a post Cerberus graduation family gathering

Our extended family attended our son's graduation from Cerberus and then spent the weekend together. This was the perfect place. Everyone had a clean and comfortable place to sleep, there was a large table and well-equipped kitchen to gather for meals, cards and conversation. People could chill in two different comfortable lounges or catch up over a game of pool. The location was good and Salvatorre made the whole process easy.

Fantastic, spacious holiday home

Beautifully presented, clean, very spacious. The host was friendly and provided prompt communication. Linen, towels and some basic toiletries were provided - this definitely helped the travel plans less stressful. A pleasant and enjoyable place for a family trip.

The location is perfect minutes from Rosebud plaza, very convenient and restaurants and beaches are closed by. 12-15minutes from Arthur Seat/ Enchanted Garden and Peninsula Hot Spring which we love the most.

Great place
