Great place to stay on the cape in Eastham easy to walk or drive to the beach. Kayaking here was also great. Incredible sunsets as well.

This beautifully appointed, comfortable home overlooking the marsh in Eastham was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for two coupes to lounge and enjoy the beautiful views. The property was exactly as described in the listing.We did encounter a slight issue when the heating system was not working upon our arrival. Our hosts could not have been more responsive and professional as they quickly addressed the issue, and communicated with us actively until the issue was resolved. We felt very confident that it would all be taken care of and appreciated their professionalism. Every single person we encountered was polite, reassuring and knowledgable. Our stay was fantastic and we are already thinking about our next visit to this lovely spot.

The Saltmarsh in March!

For four days in March, this house was the perfect vantage point for rain and wind, occasional periods of brilliant sunshine, and beautiful sunsets.

Great stay

Really great experience. I went for the week with my wife and two year old son. The house worked really well and has amazing views. Really enjoyable sitting on the back deck in the evening and the wind generally keeps the bugs away.

Beautiful views and very clean

We stayed for a weekend. The home was very clean and seemed up to date. Floors were beautiful, couches comfortable and the views amazing. We did not spend to much time on the deck as the weather was pretty dismal but it looked to be a great place to lounge, have a fire, and soak in sunset. We did spend a lot of time in the living room and it was comfy, access to Netflix and prime etc. great find, would highly recommend

Eastham Escape

This property was the perfect choice for our Cape Cod vacation. The house is tucked away on a short road and while there are neighbors, it is not at all dense and it is not noisy. The marsh and bay views are spectacular and serene. We loved hanging out on the two chaise lounges. The property was as described and pictured and it was the type of place that is both comfortable and inviting. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby as well as good restaurants. The management company was wonderful to work with.

Perfect getaway

The property and house were as advertised. Clean, well equipped. The views over the marsh and the sunsets stunning. At the end of a dirt road so very private. One heads up. The key pad to get into the house is by the garage door, not behind the house by the sliders as stated in the write up. Already talking about renting again next year.

Beautiful Home

Very comfortable, clean home with a beautiful view. Centrally located on the Cape with many good restaurants close by. Pictures accurately describe the home. Only misses are no umbrella on the deck , so it gets very hot. Also, only one decent pan to make breakfast foods.
