Birngana is a stunning four bedroom tri-level home with spectacular panoramic views of the sparkling Derwent River, Hobart city and beyond. Situated in Sandy Bay, one of Hobart's most sought after locales, this comfortable and stylish accommodation is filled with natural light and boasts plenty of space for groups of up to 8.

The entrance level has a kitchen, dining room, living room plus King bedroom. A Queen bedroom with ensuite is on the lower level (Please note: access to this room is via stairs from the King bedroom)
There are two more Queen bedrooms on the upper level plus a bathroom, laundry and a small kids games room with some toys and books.

The house is close to the city, university, beaches and restaurants, so whether it's for business or pleasure, Birngana offers you the ideal home-away-from-home.

We highly recommend checking out the amazing fresh local produce, delicious pastries, salads, pre-made meals, sushi and more at the famous Hill Street Grocer on Churchill Avenue. It's only minutes down the road!

Breathtaking views

Well positioned and established property with magnificent views overlooking the Derwent and city lights at night! The well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge and bedrooms made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great stay.

The house was beautiful and suited our needs. We did our own cooking and loved the kitchen and especially that the knives were sharp! Need to drive to shops, however the view was spectacular especially the sunsets, and after a little rain, the rainbows!
