Hamilton Cove is located just outside the heart of Avalon, offering a quiet, scenic setting while remaining minutes from shops, dining, and island activities. Catalina Island is easily accessible by ferry from Long Beach, San Pedro, Dana Point, or Newport Beach and is known for hiking, snorkeling, boating, and breathtaking coastal views.

The guest has access to the entire condo, clubhouse with pool, exercise room, and other activities, private beach and playground.

Avalon
• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 5-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.
