One-bedroom Garden view condo located on the ground floor. This unit accommodates up to four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has been renovated with new cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and new white appliances; and the kitchen is open to the living room. Enjoy meals on the large tropical wood dining table or prepare meals to take with you while on the go. Enjoy the conveniences of a ground-floor unit.

Ideal location

Condo is comfortable. Bed and bedding esply comfy. Fan and AC keeps place cool all the time. There is some construction in the building in the daytime right now. Just across the street from main beaches. Loved it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another delightful stay at Maui Vista. The light in the outside entry didn't work so it was hard to use keypad on outside. 1120 is well furnished. It does need some deep cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo had all the amenities we needed and then some. The condo was just the right size for a family of 4. It came equipped with all the household items needed like refrigerator, microwave, oven, washer and dryer. It even had things for the beach: boogie boards, chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and an umbrella! Charley Young Beach is just across the street, about a 4 minute walk and it just happens to be the best beach on our side of the island. The location is absolutely perfect with shops and food nearby (walking distance). We got so lucky finding this gem of a place. I highly recommend Maui Vista Condos. It’s like staying at your home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were having a good time, before the last day. On the last day, We went out for breakfast in the morning, and when we got back, the door was locked and the passcode was not work, and it was only 8 am. Their management was so complicated that I had to call several numbers to figure out which company or department could handle this, but none of them worked, even the after-hour number. Luckily we’ve moved our large luggage out and only left some small things inside, or we would miss the flight, it's a really bad experience with Maui Condo( the room was in Maui Vista but it is arranged by Maui Condo and Home). When the time they reached out, we were already inside the airport.

Cute apartment close to the beach

Cute and cozy apartment very close to the beach. The apartment also had snorkeling gear which me and my wife used during our stay :) loved staying here and would stay here again. Only con is that the apartment did not have AC

Huge beautiful place, good location.

We had a great stay, the condo was huge and beautifully decorated with a lovely terrace. The place was well equipt (eg beach towels, kitchenware, bathroom sundries, laundry powder and washing machine). Location was good, we could walk to the nearby bars and restaurants. Close to some beaches, short bike ride to more options. Occasionally other people were noisy walking passed the bedroom window but signs everywhere are clear on quiet times at the complex. All in all we had a great stay! Would certainly recommend.Thanks.
