The house was nice and comfortable, had a clean smell when we got there. Appliances worked well and we had everything we needed for our stay. We liked the area as it is near 9mile hwy and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

House was great. Quiet area at night. Played cards and checkers that was available. Spacious areas and not cluttered. Kids enjoyed running around the backyard. Great communication with all information needed provided prior to trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Worked well for a small family or group. Beds were okay, but either very firm or thin. Not hood if you have any back issues, but otherwise okay. House was clean and well taken care of. Linens were soft and ample. Would stay again if coming to Pensacola.

Son 10th birthday vacation with family

This location was described as it was online. Everything was great. Short distance from restaurants and to the beach. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a third bed in the former patio. It was nothing fancy and it worked for the weekend. The neighborhood is just ok. It was at the end of a culd de sac and the other homes seem to not take care of their lawns.

Pensacola weekend

The house was PERFECT for our weekend in Pensacola. It was especially convenient for us as we spent a great deal of time at UWF! The communication was very thorough, the house presented exactly how it was pictured, the check-in was super easy, and the house was clean and prepared for our stay! The only issue I have, as I have had when this request has been made by other VRBO owners, is that I do not feel I should have to strip the beds of the linens. I have no problem putting towels and kitchen towels in a laundry basket. However, since I am already paying a cleaning/service fee, I do not feel that I should have to strip the bed of linens upon departure. I feel that is a lot to ask of guests who are already paying for the stay, as a whole, and already paying a cleaning fee. Thank you so much for listing your property - we would DEFINITELY stay again!

Internet Issues

I said this property with my father for the long weekend. I had a poor experience overall. We could not get the internet to work despite repeated attempts working with property manager. Also found hairs in my bed - asked for new linen, did not receive any. The WiFi was bad. Largely unavailable and extremely slow for the brief time it worked. Ruined the ability to stream any kid of football on Saturday. Also there were a few Bugs - live centipede in the bed room and a fly found in the bathroom.
